The positives: The house was represented well by the photos. It was very clean and has a contemporary yet home feel. The towels, bed linens, blankets (including throw blankets), rugs, and dishes were top quality. All appliances seem new or not used for a long period. The gas stovetop is definitely a plus. The freezer ice maker makes plenty of ice. The hot tub works very well and the temperature can get as hot as you like. The washer and dryer are full size. The garage is empty, so you can park inside, avoiding those Kansas hail storms. The TV in the living room is large and the sound quality is good. You can sign in to your own streaming apps. There is also a turn table if you have a need for it. The back patio has chairs to sit under a pergola and the hot tub and sauna are in the patio areas as well. The house is located close to many popular places and is in a nice neighborhood. The negatives: There are no TV's in any of the bedrooms, just the one large TV in the living room. Although the house is in a nice neighborhood, it unfortunately is on a corner lot to a very busy street and all the bedrooms have a window that faces the busy street, so you can hear all traffic, motorcycles, emergency vehicles, and loud trucks all day. Although it gets better at night, if you are a light sleeper, you will definitely be woken up by something loud each night. There is not a streetlight leaving, so this makes pulling out onto that main street very difficult.
