When we checked in we were not informed pool was not working and were not offered additional linens, even though was obvious we would be using hide a bed. There was stuff from prior guest had left in frig, bathroom sink did not drain correctly, there was possible black mold on bathroom wall, possible blood on curtain and bed duvet. The hallways were extremely hot and the day we checked out the elevator was out and reason was stated as "unknown reason". The contential breakfast was non-existent with gra ola bars and poptarts. The room did not have coffee cups and only 1 coffee pod. There were 2 towels for 5 guests. If i had not prereserved this location we would not have stayed and if they would have refunded money we would have left.the plants in the lobby were in poor condition and looked unhealthy.

Do NOT Book Here! This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. As soon as we walked in, the lobby hit us with a strong smell of animal urine. The carpet had suspicious red stains, and the hallways were covered in what looked like spit—literal loogies. The pool was closed and filthy, despite no mention of this during booking. Our room smelled awful, and to top it off, there were blood stains on the sheets. There was also an extra bed randomly propped up against the wall like it had just been tossed in there last minute. Completely unprofessional. During checkout, the elevator wasn’t working, and the stairwell was disgusting—full of trash and reeking of mold. There were also loud banging noises on the walls throughout the night that made us feel unsafe. This entire experience was nowhere near what was advertised online. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Upon arrival it looked rundown and sketchy on the outside. Inside lobby had a weird odor. Dark and dingy. The room was okay but the tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, towels were dirty, and curtains were broken. Definitely not worthy of labeling this suite “Luxury”

Check in was fine. Room was ok. Breakfast was almost non existent. Had to put a $50 deposit down with a card at check-in, ok. Now a week later I still have not received the deposit back. Reached out at the beginning of the week to inquire about it and was told it would be 3-5 days. Just called because I still haven't received it and was told it would be 5-7 business days from TODAY because of "must have been a glitch in website" if you book here, you better just plan on adding $50 to your reservation price and hope the "website doesn't glitch on you"

Too many things needed fixing or needed improvements at this property. Minifridge had a block of ice so large the freezer wouldn't close completely. The air conditioner leaked, causing the carpet around it to always stay wet. There's no room service unless you ask for it a day in advance. Continental breakfast was way to sugary and disappointing (no fruit, no baked goods). The workout room was crammed with machines and some didn't work. The bed pillows were way too thin. No phone in the room. I stayed here to save some money and realized once again how that decision can have ramifications.

I stayed here for a weekend. The batteries were missing from the remote, the TV was not working which both ended up getting fixed. However, there were stains on the wall, the toilet was dirty so I felt uncomfortable using it. I had to constantly identify myself when I entered the hotel as I was told they get a lot of weirdos come through that don't have rooms. Yet, I didn't notice anyone else being stopped to identify themselves. The site advertised breakfast but there was only cereal, honey buns, fruit cups and Capri Suns. Overall, I will not return but I guess for the price, you get what you get!!!

Don't stay here

I don’t usually leave detailed reviews, but this stay truly earned one. What’s advertised is not what you get. Room was spacious but outdated—fridge barely worked, microwave plate kept falling off, bathroom door trapped me inside, and the hide-a-bed couch felt unsafe to even sit on. Room was also very hot on arrival since they turn off the A/C between guests. To their credit, housekeeping did clean our room during our 2-night stay—which I didn’t expect since most budget motels don’t. However, while the linens smelled clean, they were stained, and our towels were pool towels—not proper bath linens. Breakfast? Pop-Tarts, Nutri-Grain bars, coffee, and a waffle maker. There's a sign telling guests to only take one item. Not even close to a real continental breakfast. Pool was unusable—half-full of dirty water. The elevator looks nice but scared our dogs. Pet-friendly? Not really. Staff seemed scared of dogs—even service animals. No waste bags or designated potty area, and the grassy patch is full of painful stickers (sand spurs). My dogs and I both stepped on them. If your dog barks, you’ll be told “shh.” Loose balcony railings are unsafe—don’t let kids lean on them. Staff was hit or miss—housekeeping was friendly, but the front desk was not welcoming—if anyone was there at all. For the price we paid, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. I’ve stayed in many budget-friendly motels—but this one made those look like the Ritz. It could be a charming place if properly maintained

Don’t waste your koney

This room was not as expected. The hotel needs to update their pictures. Overall, the hotel is rundown. The deadbolt on our door didn’t lock, the in room phone didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush completely, the pull out couch was a tiny “love seat” that my kids said looked like a cat tore up. We asked for another room, but he quickly said they were no rooms available. There were only 3 other families in the facility. The “continental breakfast” consisted of a waffle maker, juice, coffee, cereal and a couple pop tarts. I would’ve rather stayed at a motel 6 than stay at this hotel again.

Oh man how I wish I would have took pictures of this place because let me tell you it’s probably the worst place I have ever stayed. The couch in the room tore up. The plug ins besides by the tv didn’t work. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Was told to come back in ten minutes to get our hotel key but they could let us in the room like what?!? There was three questionable men out in the parking lot all hours of the night. Breakfast? What breakfast they had juice. The housekeepers kept knocking on the door starting at 8am asking when we would leave. It’s not in a safe area it’s by the abandoned mall. I wouldn’t recommend staying here even if I was providing a room to a homeless person.
