This place should not be in business they have MOLD on there walks. The place looks so dirty. For it being on rock rd. Broadway hotels look better then this place .

This place is ridiculous loud, the vending machine area closes at 7pm to 7am so dont forget to you a drink because you'll go 12 hours without access to anything. The beddinf was stained with blood. Ita was a horrible stay.

Our room was so unbelievablely dirty. Front desk man was very friendly and tried to help get the room clean. Someone went in and must have pretended to clean the room again because nothing was cleaned and the door was left unsecured. 3 different times we left the room, the key card did not work. No, sir,I did not have it by my phone. The pool area.... don't even get me started.

It was disgusting, waited 15 min in the lobby ringing the bell multiple times. Dirty water coming from the faucets, door was dismantling and had some sort of goo like glue on it. The man at the desk gave us the wrong floor number so we were just trying to get into someone else’s room! We had to switch rooms 2 times. Heater barely worked considering the temperature I could see but still it’s an establishment where people go to sleep/comfort. None of the towels were clean either, my friend had to ask housekeeping for clean towels.

The beds were made in the room but the room itself was not clean trash was bot emptied and there was still food in the fridge. We asked for an extra blanket and never got one brought to us. The pool was dirty and the ceiling above the pool could peel and fall at ant time and the hot tub was disgusting. The heater quit working through the night. There were lots of people hanging around outside and broken down cars in the parking lot. I would NOT recommend staying here at all!

I would have to say this is one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in for 1 it looks nothing like the pictures online the beds were horrible with big o's sunken and dense in 'Em made for a very uncomfortable sleep No complimentary breakfast or even copy in the lobby When I booked this place I thought I was checking into a hotel turns out it was an apartment complex with all the permanent residents air letting their kids run wild do the whole building not be supervised You had children there that would ride the elevator and then push every button on a running up-and-down the halls all night long when we checked in we were told we could use the hot tub 24 sthen when will you want to use the hot tub they told us it was closedI would never recommend this place for anybody to stay at your looking for a hotel not an apartment complex

I was upgraded to a suite by a wonderful lady at the desk, it was nice, beds need upgrading, the pool was really cool but also needs updating,the hotel next door is really sketchy

If you look at the images on Expedia, this place looks nice enough. To put it simply, this is an older hotel that has not been updated. The room I stayed in had a Bathroom faucet that was loose and a drain that ran out onto the floor (I had to position the waste basket to catch the water). The bathroom fan was very loud. They have an indoor pool, which is why I stayed there, but the water was unheated and very cold - This is in November. I had a 3 day reservation that I canceled and lost money on rather than stay there. I try to be understanding about these things but I can not recommend the Red Roof Inn.

Staff claimed they could not find my expedia resrvation and made us so mad we left for a better hotel. No refund either as they said maybe 30 minutes after we left they "found" it so we could go back and check in. Sure felt like they had done this many times to get free money.
