This 1 bedroom apartment was the best I have ever experienced in a holiday rental property. From the communication pre-arrival to after I had checked out - the team were on hand and responded to my questions fast. I was given access to the property early which was so helpful after checking out of a nearby hotel. I was shown around the grounds and apartment by a lovely woman called Evelyn. The apartment was spacious, very clean and smelled amazing! It had everything you could need for a comfortable home from home stay - fully equipped kitchen, large fridge freezer, some staple items such as soaps, salt, cooking oil etc. There was two bottles of cold water in the fridge, excellent a/c and lots of towels in the bathroom. The large spacious bed was very comfortable, the washer dryer was great and there was a small supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The balcony was large. Communal areas were exceptional - a beautiful large pool, a modern and clean gym with sauna, a large common space with games etc and WiFi and a really convenient and well-priced small self-serve shop. There is plenty of parking and lots of restaurants/bars etc within walking distance. The Baseball grounds and Keeper of the Plains are a short walk away too. The building is extremely secure, accessed only with a key fob and feels very safe. I was made to feel very welcome by other residents and everyone takes pride in these apartments. I was really sad to leave and will definitely return!
