From here you can access the rear garden with pergola, shrubs, plants, patio, and outdoor seating. It gets sun for most of the day and makes an ideal spot to enjoy a chilled glass of wine after a long day.

Ireby is right on the border of the Lake District National Park, from here you have lovely walks and cycle routes nearby. If you love the outdoors, this village is in a prime location.

Yet you’re just a short drive to many of the amazing towns and tourist hotspots that the Northern Lakes has to offer. A short 10 minutes gets you to Bassenthwaite which is 5 miles away, 20 minutes to Keswick and 20 minutes to Cockermouth, both being 12 miles away. If you fancy being more active, the Lake District Fells’ renowned walking and cycling trails are on your doorstep offering both gentle and more challenging endeavours enabling you to take in the abundance of birds and wildlife this place has to offer. The historic, alluring village of Bassenthwaite with its magnificent lake and access to Skiddaw, one of the highest mountains in England, is a 10-minute drive.
