A walk-through room on this level offers 1 double bed and also opens onto the balcony. A small room, also with sloping ceilings, contains 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2. A kitchenette on this level is fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC complete this floor.

The top floor features 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, making up the 2 bedrooms in total across the apartment.
