This spacious 1360 sq. ft. condo features 48" kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, Decor stainless steel appliances, up-to-date decor, and windows in every room that provide plenty of light and spectacular views of both the ocean and the beautiful sunsets over the bay. Our complex has an ocean front heated pool, outdoor shower, direct access to the free beach, and a cabana in the pool area with a bathroom for your convenience. Enter the condo unit into the foyer where a spacious closet is conveniently located to tuck away your flip flops and beach bag. The wide hallway leads you to the spacious kitchen complete with dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, French door refrigerator and freezer, garbage disposal, dining for eight, and is well equipped with small appliances and kitchenware. The pantry located in the kitchen provides additional storage space. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room where one can relax and watch the waves role onto the shore or simply watch the 46" flat screen TV with DVD player. The wall-to-wall glass door leads to the oversized covered balcony with a dining set for six, high top table with chairs for two, wicker chairs, love seat, & coffee table. The master bedroom comes completely furnished with a king size bed with a pillow top mattress, double dresser, night stand, a 36" flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. There is plenty of storage in the spacious closet with closet organizers to keep everything in place. The master bath features a high top granite vanity, glass shower door, and body sprays for your comfort. The guest bedroom, located at the opposite side of condo provides plenty of privacy, a spacious closet, has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, & DVD player. Access to the spacious bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall and has a bathtub and granite top vanity. Our condo includes a separate laundry room with a full size washer, dryer, and slop sink. An added convenience is the second floor locked and private storage unit containing a beach cart, 4 sand chairs, and beach umbrella -- so there is no need to pack and travel with these items in your car. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The security door entry system enables you to see and speak with the visitor at the lobby door before granting them access. Hand sanitizer dispensers are located on each floor outside of the elevator and in the pool area for your safety. Bathroom is cleaned daily. Pool hours are 10 AM through 7 PM.
