Nice property and well furnished. Would have given 5 stars but the refrigerator needs a new light and it was dark. Called to get it fixed but no luck at least by the time we left.

Perfect Snowbird Home!

We loved the location and layout of this property. Close to the Brownwood Paddock Square and grocery stores and restaurants. The open layout of the home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the community pool and recreation center. This home was cat friendly which is a rarity and we would highly recommend it!!

Property was great. Needs to invest in new sheets. They are worn and have rough spots. Need more hand towels. Cookware is scratched up and well used.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we were met with five burned out light bulbs, including one in the refrigerator that was never fixed, a leaking kitchen faucet, a toilet that kept running and a handle on the entrance door that kept falling out and couldn’t be locked. To their credit, when made aware of these problems they were fixed fairly rapidly. But it does make one wonder how often the houses are actually checked. We had to exit t the house on the second to the last day of the month which seemed odd as we rented it for two full months. The house itself was fine, had a nice outdoor space, and was in a good location. About the best I can say for it.

Ample linens, comfortable mattresses. Convenient walled-in backyard courtyard, easy to let our dog outside first thing in the morning. In the evenings, neighborhood makes a great walking circle, with three times around making 1 mile. The property is in a great location, convenient to everything, especially near Brownwood. For the negative... Upon arrival, there were things the cleaning service totally missed... food on the pantry floor, prior renter’s hygiene items in bathroom drawer, hair on the stove, etc. The master bath toilet was loose on the floor. All of this was reported to property management, but they did not respond.

The house was a perfect size. The dogs loved the fenced in yard, the neighbors were wonderful & we were close to everything. Would love to stay here again.
