You can easily access shopping for groceries and other needs and explore the many dining choices available. It’s an ideal location offering a blend of relaxation and easy access to all the best features of The Villages.



Getting Around:

Getting around The Village of Fernandina is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the wider area, you'll find that many amenities are conveniently located within The Villages. Free parking is available at the property. For those arriving by air, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive. Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for transportation to and from the airport and around The Villages. You can also explore the area using golf carts, a popular mode of transport in The Villages, but please note that the golf cart located in the garage is not for guest use. Remember, the Guest Experience app offers easy access to ride-sharing options and can help you plan your journey. *Thank you for your interest in booking this home. In addition to your total that's shown on this platform, we do charge Short Term Insurance based on how many nights you stay. If you are staying over 21 nights, there is an additional fee.

The additional fee is as follows:

Less than 21 nights: no additional amounts due

21 - 41 nights require an additional $50

42-63 nights require an additional $100
