The luxury villa, with a tropical garden and private pool, covers an area of 600 m² and is equipped with every comfort. The ceiling height of over 3 meters enhances the spacious feeling. The villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 6 people, with a total area of 200 m².

The interior of the villa is modern, warm, and luxurious, with an eye for detail. The natural stone tile floor adds elegance and refinement to the vacation home. The entire bungalow is fitted with shutter windows, allowing you to ventilate and darken all rooms. A safe is provided to securely store your valuable belongings.

The villa has 3 bedrooms: one "master" bedroom and 2 "guest" bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with an energy-efficient and quiet air conditioner (inverter) and a fan with a remote control.

The large “master” bedroom measures 30m² and includes a comfortable double boxspring bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious private bathroom with a toilet.

The "guest" bedrooms are 16m² in size. These rooms feature comfortable boxspring beds, with one bedroom arranged as a Double and the other as a Twin (2 single beds). The second bathroom (9m²) is beautifully designed, complete with a shower and toilet, offering both cold and hot water via a solar-powered water heater.

The living room, with an open kitchen, spans 55m². The room is equipped with two fans and remote control. The various light groups are all dimmable, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere. The luxury open kitchen is fully equipped, featuring both cold and hot water, an induction cooktop, a combi microwave, a dishwasher, and a large double refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The kitchen is fully furnished to meet all your needs. A robust wooden dining table with 6 chairs is provided, as well as a seating area with 2 armchairs and a large corner sofa. Two sets of double French doors lead to the pool area and to the entrance and private terrace.

The terrace of all villas is positioned to catch the breeze, out of the sun, ensuring a comfortable stay on the spacious porch (56m²). You’ll likely spend most of your time here! The porch is furnished with a beautiful 3-meter-long "tree" table with 6 chairs, as well as a comfortable lounge set for 6 people. Enjoy a cup of “fairtrade” coffee from the Puro machine provided in every villa.

The porch opens up to the garden, which is lit in the evening and features a variety of plants and trees. The garden is designed to maximize privacy, providing the perfect Curaçao atmosphere.

The villas are ideal for long-term stays. "Working from home" or watching a movie on your own device is easy with our fiber-optic internet. For extended stays, you can also use the washing machine and vacuum cleaner stored in the locked utility room if needed.

From the porch, you can dive straight into your private pool, which measures 8 x 4 meters. The pool is finished with beautiful, high-quality travertine tiling. It’s a saltwater pool, offering all the benefits of saltwater: no red eyes, itchy skin, or chlorine smell. Enjoy the softer, healthier water without chemicals. Around the pool, you have 6 sunbeds available for enjoying the tropical sun.
