This hotel is the most disgusting hotel I have ever in my life booked. The room was so disgusting that I checked in and went into the room and within 15 minutes I was back out the room checking out of the hotel the room was very outdated The toilet seat had pee, stains all over it. The shower had mole. There was hair all over the floor. The refrigerator and The countertop was dirty. The floor was just disgusting dirt and hair all over. Let’s not talk about the front desk staff no customer service whatsoever. I checked out of the hotel within 15 minutes because I did not feel SAFE and I refuse to stay in FILTH the hotel refused to refund me my money back. They have no integrity and they do not care about their customer. Please take my advice. Take your business elsewhere. You will not enjoy your stay at this hotel it’s filthy and It’s giving cheap motel.!!

Good location and room size

Good location if you want to visit downtown. A little bit noisy at night. The service was very good, they immediately responded to all our needs. It's a good size apartment with fridge, microwave and sink, but they do not include kitchen towels or drying rack. There were no hand towels in the bathroom nor a shower mat.

It's a city stay where you can walk to everything. There is no beach here, and they are building a second build that blocks the beach view. The room and service were great and the price was right. They have a parking garage and we had a fine stay.

Consistently mediocre service

Wi-fi was very good, common facilities very clean, and location superb. Junior suite with a kitchen looked at active construction across the street, didn’t have any kitchen towels (to wipe hands or dry dishes), and no hand or face towels (one bath towel per person, period). Shower didn’t drain properly, so you stay in the puddle of water afraid it may overflow to the floor. No phone in the room, so need to go down to the lobby to make ANY requests. Staff don’t tell you anything unless asked, so your trips to the lobby are frequent, and then they seem annoyed that you come and ask questions. Need to open and operate the safe after prior guest, ask (repeatedly) and a person has to come with you to open and reset it. Need beach towels? Have to ask — otherwise, nobody informs you they are available or (what a great idea) put them in the room. Need the room cleaned? Ask, and then ask again, get promised that it would be done, and then come back from a day in town only to see that the room wasn’t cleaned. And so on… We were as smiling and easygoing as ever at any hotel around the world, yet couldn’t extract a smile from any of the front desk staff. Only when we started being a bit firm at the end, staff suddenly started smiling and the service improving. It doesn’t have to be this way. Oh, and if you get any VIP perks promised on Hotels.com/Expedia, forget it — they wouldn’t offer or even acknowledge your perks (again, you have to “pull teeth” and beg, which isn’t good service).
