The room was fine. Housekeeping should make sure to face towels in the room. More hut sitting at the beach, so you are not fighting locals to get a set at the beach. The dining and lobby should be closed off so air conditioning can happen. It's uncomfortable eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the humidity.

The staff was kind and friendly .i injured my ankle and they help with ice and ointment for my injuries. Each day the staff will check up o. Me. The rooms were good i sept like a baby on that mattress. My only negative was the dining experience. The food wasnt good.i stand on a line each day to book dinner and still end up at the buffet.I would recommend to dine out..

I liked the hotel but it can be better with the service. I dine at the Italian restaurant and the Mexican restaurant but the service I got from the staff wasn’t great. The beach was nice, the pool bar I enjoyed the most thanks to the two most genuine and friendly bartender Estrella and channel, I can honestly say they definitely improved, elevated my stay, thank you for being so attentive, welcoming and with such a positive and happy energy.

Room was alright. Staff were friendly but definitely not very customer service. If you’re going here to stay at the hotel & be “served” this is not the place. The service was not to Hiltons name or expectations. We came for our honeymoon, our room door had to be slammed or it wouldn’t close, we had found it unlocked when we came back before. Our bedsheets were only cleaned once out of 10 days & many of the other things weren’t stocked like water or towels etc. food was ok for buffet, but the restaurants to book was very hard to book, couldn’t book online, you have to go at 10am (so if you’re doing anything off the resort you miss the whole booking window). Only one person at the bar so some nights would take 15+ mins to get a drink. Nice location, beautiful beach though the cruise ships do come probably 5/7 days a week.

Amazing amazing. Drink selections great, food so many options. Staff is helpful and 95% are appealing to the eye. The island of Curacao has gorgeous looking people. You have to make reservations online or at the help desk 24 hours in advance. Cannot be made the same day. But if you ask kindly day of and they have a reservation they will get you in. Buffet options are plethora. Water slide is so fun for adults and kids. The property is gorgeous them rooms are clean. I can go on but you get the point. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Or the rif side if I want to drink Hennessy on my next visit with my all inclusive package.

For someone who frequents Hilton properties and was looking forward to staying here to celebrate a birthday, this stay was extremely underwhelming. From the lackluster hospitality, the poorly cleaned room, non functioning amenities, the list goes on. As a whole, my husband and I were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, we were met with a room that had stained carpet, dusty surfaces, and a safe that did not work. In addition, the customer service here seemed to be the least of the staff’s concerns. As very few members of the staff were friendly. The majority of the exchanges we had with the employees were unpleasant, one of them even hissed their teeth at my husband and I when we were getting off of the elevator. Another major issue was the room/turn down service. On our third day, we requested housekeeping to come and clean, change sheets, and fresh towels. The hotel advertises that you can request housekeeping up until 4:30pm, so we did so around 1:30 pm as we had missed the early morning cleaners. Imagine our surprise when we made it back to the room (after being out for most of the day) to find that not an ounce of the room had been cleaned, no sheets changed, and dirty plates of food left behind… but they managed to leave new towels in the bathroom. Unbelievable! We rarely ordered food from room service but when we did, it would take a minimum of two hours just for them to tell us what we originally ordered was not available. The final straw was trash bags

Well….. The room was always cleaned. Constant renovations. Beach bar was closed for 3 days. Staff, not all were friendly or enthusiastic. Buffet tables very slow to be cleaned. You are located directly in front of the dock for the cruise ships. Good points. Food was excellent beach was nice. Check in was smooth.

Please do not waste your money at this resort! The day we arrived to Mangrove, Hilton was the day that the resort started ripping up half of the pool deck to renovate. While trying to relax at the pool you felt like you were in a construction zone and needed a hard hat. With half of the deck under construction, it crowded the rest of the seating areas. And don't get me started about the noise. Everyone around us were complaing about how loud it was. It grated on your nerves and took away every ounce of peace. It also didn't end there. The staff were working on this past 10PM and you could hear them sawing and drilling in your room. Sadly, this wasn't my only complaint. Next was be prepared for lines.. long, long lines. The resort has about 5 onsite restaurants for you to explore. In order to eat at them, you have to stand in line by 10AM to get a reservation for the next evening. It's first come first served. And we were told they book up by 11:00AM. Unfortunately, we had to eat at the buffet most evenings. At the buffet, the resort was extremely under staffed. So good luck finding a clean, available table. They couldn't keep up with the turn over on clean dishes, plates, glasses, or silverware. You were drinking wine out of coffee cups or water glasses. Basically, whatever you could find available. They have about 6 single serve coffee stations there and most were broken. So many more complaints however I'm only allowed 1500 characters.Curacao beautiful, Mangrove HORRIBLE

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort . For one the food was great for an all inclusive the only complaint I had would be the service among the employees (not the best attitudes) other than that it was a really nice resort . Overall I would recommend staying at this resort , about a 15 minute walk from the downtown area , rent a car if you can cabs tend to add up for short distances. Not much night life so you would have to leave the resort if you’re looking for parties
