Let’s started with the first impression of this hotel when I arrived, I arrived 15:22, I see the check in time is 4pm but there’s no one at the front desk to greet us as you see on the last photo. When one lady arrives she didn’t say hello or welcome, she used unfriendly tone to talk to me “ checking in ? Have a seat “ I was shocked and almost walked out but because the booking was non- refundable and I only booked for one night so I was just going to stay one night and leave a negative review to express my disappointment. Next thing , the bed is very soft wrinkles and some stain on the walls and bed sheets, there’s no toothpaste or soap provided in the bathroom except toilet paper, not the good quality. And next thing the towels looks old and dirty. The next day I asked them for pool towel around 8am , the front desk said “ ALL RAN OUT” . We actually booked for another night even with the bad experience because of the convenience of location, that’s the only thing good about this hotel is you can walk to all the tourists area and it’s safe . Last thing is the rooftop bar, the food was disappointed and overpriced, they required reservations but didn’t meet the standards, and it’s for public which means so you will meet some rude people from outside. Anyway I won’t choose this hotel again because of the lady gave me bad taste of first impression, please treat your guests with a smile and simple a hello with ease the stress of long day travel. gentleman at check out was great.

The rooftop was a really great place to hang and the included breakfast was excellent value for money. However, we felt like there were minor things that were sacrificed in order to keep the price decent. Like there was not AC in the elevator and sometimes the hallways, the sink in our bathroom would take a long time to drain. However, the staff was really helpful and accommodating. They did a great job.

Great location for getting around in the immediate area. Shops and food, music at night. Great friendly staff all around . Root top bar is a plus, gets busy during fireworks, make reservations!! Room has fridge, plenty of water, and coffee refills. Loved balcony and view of water. Mirror in our bathroom was strange. Way too high. I’m 5ft 5in and could only see from about my nose up. Luckily my friend had portable mirror with her. Would stay here again .

Environmentally friendly hotel , perfect location to both Queen Emma Bridge and Punda beach. Comfortable soft top beds Armani was an amazing front staff member Close to the Old Market Overall amazing stay Only downside was the en suite bathroom is attached with a sliding door, most likely for ventilation purposes, so very environmentally friendly but not privacy focused.

The property is in a good location and has tons of potential. Went upstairs to the pool and ALL THE FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED. It was really an eye sore for the property. The interior of the rooms were nice, the staff are nice beautiful people, but they need a better after hours process. You receive a form with a WhatsApp number to call for issues/ emergencies. They did not pick up AT ALL. If these minor issues are fixed then it can be a Gem!

I like that you can walk the city and across the bridge. The breakfast service ans food wete great at Mar and Tierra. Syagfveas great and everyone in the city is friendly. The facilitys however seemed a little unclean and had bad furniture . On one occasion the elevator had fish blood on the floor. Not a few drops. A couple splahes. So it smelles gorrible and got on the shoes which you then had to take into your room. My room had an ac drip over one of the cabinets to store clothes so it was not functional . The tv had issues with volume . The beds where horrible quality . Some parts felt like the entire springs were missing. Just holes scattered in a thin matteress . The bed only had 1 loose sheet covering the mattress. And the bathroom door did not close and was a sliding door. I wouldn't recommend even though it close to the city and has great staff. It does not makw up foe the low quality overall in the rooms.
