Elements is centrally located within Willemstad - minutes away from several dining options, the Queen Emma bridge, Otrobanda and Rif Fort. The hotel is very close to the bus terminal to access public transportation to explore beaches along the west side of Curaçao. We were happy with the overall cleanliness of our room and property. Rooftop views are lovely. Shout out and thank you to Shelsie and Alejandra at the front desk - they were extremely helpful and patient with our numerous questions about Willemstad and the surrounding area.

The rooftop bar is nice. I liked the area because it is close to the shops. Only didnt like the fact that there is no dedicated parking for hotel guests. I wish they had more facilities like a gym, meeting rooms, etc. besides the 2 restaurants.

I liked how the Frontdesk associate Shelsie was very helpful and provided excellent service. The only thing that I didn't like was that in the rooms you're not able to use electrical appliances that require 110 V outlets, and that at the front desk we we're told that we could only borrow one per room, whilst there were 2 of us. We had to charge our computers and phones since we were on a business trip.

This hotel has a great location but is in very poor condition. It looks like it is still under construction, the carpet in the hallways was not finished and you can see the concrete around the walls. The strange sliding door to the bathroom in our room did not close properly. There were holes in the ceiling and some other details that we did not expect to see in such a hotel.

The property was great. There was a variety of places to eat on the premises. We had an excellent driver. I'll be back! I absolutely love the country. It's untouched by Big Industry and was the perfect destination for my birthday celebration/getaway.
