Had trouble reaching them because they wouldnā€™t answer, not even the emergency number. The AC wasnā€™t working so they let us stay in another apartment but we had to move from, so in total we moved 3x. plus one of the apartments didnā€™t have an elevator so we had to carry our stuff up.
Stayed 4 nights in Sep 2023
