I’ll be honest, this place is overall nice to stay but upon entry to our room, we notice a roach coming out of the dresser. We immediately moved all our things and asked for a different room. They switched us to a new room no problem and it seemed fairly clean and didn’t see any roaches but I would be cautious staying here. We stayed in room 211.

The man at the desk was very informative. He gave a complete rundown of things, breakfast time, check out, elevator around the corner, etc. He even gave me another room, the room was perfect, you can’t control noise. I hadn’t sat down or anything. I need to rest

There are a lot of good things about this property: friendly, helpful staff; comfortable beds; clean rooms; great location. The only real problem was a poor WI-FI connection. Otherwise, this is an affordable, pleasant, well-located property for a Williamsburg stay.

has all the amenities and very clean with no gross “musty hotel smell”! pool & hot tub were much enjoyed, hot breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful, rooms were spacious and clean, parking was easy, staff was friendly, lots of convenient restaurants right in the area, and only 12 min from Busch Gardens.. there’s an arcade and fitness center too!
