Very clean and comfortable. I liked the communal spaces and kitchen. Very convenient to have the restaurant in the lower level. Only critique is that the rooms are not very soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly.

We had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful, the whole building was very interesting, and we can't wait to come back and try other rooms!

We thought the place was really cool. We wished there was a breakfast or more vending machines for drinks. But overall nice place to stay.

Easy check-in/check-out/parking, very cool and unique room designs, great meal at the restaurant/bar downstairs. If you're not traveling solo, you may want to check the room descriptions closely to see which have a separate bathroom/shower (i.e. not part of the main room).

This has been an enjoyable trip. The Hotel room was great. My first contactless hotel stay and it workes out perfectly. The hotel is unique. We are usually Hilton regulars and staying here has been really nice. The rooms are huge and well equipped. Our closet is an old bank vault including the banks vault door. We would definately stay here in the future should events in this region brings us back.

Hotel was very unique and modern, updated while keeping some of the charm of the old city hall building. No staff on site but we didn’t need anything so that was fine. Only negative was it was very noisy. You could hear everything happening both inside and outside the hotel

Just another amazing stay at this hotel!

Another amazing stay at this one of a kind hotel in Williamsport. I cannot recommend this enough for any traveler to have a great and unique stay in North Central Pennsylvania. I felt like I was in an upscale Manhattan Loft for the night.

The place was unique, very comfortable. The shower room only had one shower head in the ceiling. I would have preferred a hand held shower too. The floor was a bit slippery and it would have been nice to have handicap bars

Unique property, which we like but whomever designed it went for form over function. There is no where to put anything, you have to duck to walk around the bed or you will hit the tv with your head. The open shower is strange and you get cold if you're not directly under the rain shower. The living room/kitchen area is odd; large fridge but no microwave, couch but no tv, industrial tables-very cool but made of metal with sharp corners that they had to put plastic protectors on (which were falling off). Before check in I got a call requesting us to change rooms, I was told it was an upgrade, but ai don't think so, we hated the "upgraded" room. We will not be back.

Stay here TONIGHT if you’re in the area

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the owners (Sandy and Miranda) to the staff (especially Miss Fawn) to the absolutely amazing rooms. This hotel was perfect! The attention to design and detail that was put into the restoration of this historic landmark are incredible. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were stunning, everything was so CLEAN and quiet. There’s plenty of parking. Walking access to anything you could want, including tons of delicious restaurants, a local coffee shop, a Starbucks, an AMC movie theater, even Kohls. It was such a wonderful experience that we extended our stay an additional night, just so we could enjoy a day relaxing at this PERFECT hotel. We travel A LOT (10 states in the last 10 days alone) and this the best place we’ve ever stayed. If you have the opportunity to visit Williamsport, I highly recommend staying at City Hall Grand Hotel.
