Absolutely LOVED our time at this sweet peaceful property. The town is so quaint and extremely friendly. We enjoyed our time shopping, visiting The Ark and eating at Hansie’s (right across the street) and Beans! The property manager is so incredibly kind and helpful! 2 night stay

This apartment was very nicely done for modern upgrades and decorations. The place was clean and it’s a bonus to have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The air conditioners are pretty noisy, have a hard time keeping the place cool, and drown out the sound of the tv. The back bathroom took an excessive amount of time to deliver hot water. The town is very cute, the shops are nice, and the people are very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay in Williamstown. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very happy the Ark Encounter was just a 5 minute drive. The Creation Museum was about 40 minutes, but the drive was very easy and beautiful. Would recommend this place to friends. The stairs to get to the apartment was a little challenging for my 87 yo mother, but only had one trip up and one trip down per day, so not too bad.

Williamstown and Ark Encounter

This cozy apartment on Main Street is perfect for friends and family who want to stay in a suite. Perfect location and very clean. The town is growing with shops and food places. I hope more of the building owners do the same and renovate to provide apartments for folks visiting the Ark Encounter. As some of the others have mentioned, the queen bed needs a new mattress, but I was exhausted after a full day and slept well. The host is very accommodating to help with any issues you have. So please reach out if something is not how you like it.

We enjoyed our room and the fact that there were 2 bathrooms was outstanding.

The master bed was very comfortable, but the queen bed wasn’t very comfortable to my daughter. We loved the bathrooms and the kitchenette was very convenient. The owner of the property was extremely friendly and easy to reach. I locked myself out of the room and she was there literally within minutes to bail me out of trouble. Such a great spot to stay and so close to the Ark. We loved our stay!

Everything was clean and up to par with the listing. The problem was construction. I know that the property owners could not have predicted when the neighbors would be doing construction, but construction/renovations for a future business went on sometimes until 9:15 pm. The construction tools were so loud, we could not even hear the tv the first night. Because it is in the center of town, you hear everything. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the property for you to rent. My teen daughter was exhausted because she couldn’t sleep well so we left a day early so she could have a solid night’s sleep before she had to start back to school after her break. There is weak internet signal in the front bedroom and none in the back making streaming internet tv impossible. We could barely get signals on our phones. The property is clean and great. No questions about that, just noise and internet and nothing to do past 6 pm (without driving approx 20 miles) makes this not a good choice for my active family with teens.
