Cozy Basement Apartment (With Private Entrance)

Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to four.

No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.

Super amazing stay! This was our second time at this property! Was so perfect the first time there was no doubt we would choose this property again!Location is in a great spot! Easy check in process! Very clean and great for a weekend getaway!

The cozy apartment don’t have ventilation neither AC in the basement. after the first night, was raining and the basement start smell on mold . Also, you cannot cook because of no air and they don’t have full kitchen necessity. The bathroom door doesn’t closed and make big noise when you open it. Overall, it’s may be good for one night, but not for a couple days.

A great stay!

This place was perfect for our stay. They thought of everything. It was 25 below when we stayed and they even let us plug in our vehicle! It is a basement apartment so there is a little noise from upstairs but not bad at all! Totally worth the stay. Very cute apartment, great host, very affordable.

We had a great stay! The property was in a really great location with tons of restaurants and amenities just a couple minutes away! Everything was very clean and the perfect size for two of us to spend the weekend! Very happy with everything and the hosts were very responsive!

Perfect Getaway

A cute little spot to getaway! We attended a wedding in Willmar and this location suited us perfectly. Great access to restaurants and the downtown area. A little ‘noise’ from the upstairs homeowners but it wasn’t bad. Would definitely visit again!

Not too fancy. Just a nice cozy apartment. Watch your step coming in. About a 2 inch step down. Otherwise nothing bad to say. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.

Cozy stay in a great location

This was our second stop on a multi-day road trip and provided such a warm, welcoming rest from our travels. Just the right amount of space for the two of us, and loved that it was so close to the small downtown area. So nice to have the kitchenette area and loved the homey feel. We’d stay again if ever passing through Willmar!

Nice and clean, own space, but shared house.

Hosts were responsive. Check in was easy. It's downtown, which is nice because it was where I wanted be. Owners live upstairs so could hear some noise, which is not a bad thing for what I needed the space for, but not private enough if you wanted a romantic getaway or something. Really enjoyed staying here. Thanks!
