It was beautiful. Was surprised that our view was of a battleship. The rooftop bar was amazing and the gourmet deviled eggs were delicious.

We made three attempts to go to our room. Each room was filthy. Beds unmade, dirty towels, trash and clothes left in rooms. Supervisor went to get us a room, and it does not appear one is clean for us to stay in. We have been offered $20 off for breakfast as compensation as we still sit and wait for a room.

Attendant charged me twice for parking…and it’s a surface lot with no valet in a gussied up warehouse district. $20 for a surface lot (that hasn’t been slated following a snowstorm) is already too much. To charge it twice suggests negligence.
