The Franklin Street apartment building was used as Wilmington’s first hospital in the late 1800’s. The age and historic charm show through in the slightly slanted floors and exposed brick. The Cool Springs area of Wilmington, Delaware boasts beautiful homes and apartments with lots of historic charm, with a convenient location.

Unlimited free parking on park side of street except Wednesday between 9 AM and 1 PM for street sweeping April 1 through October 31. On the Weekends both sides of street are unlimited parking. 2 hour parking on house side of street Mon to Fri 8 am to 6 pm and street sweeping Mondays from 9am - 1 pm.
