Relax on the front porch or in the private, fenced-in backyard, perfect for lounging or letting your pets ($50 fee) play. This home is the perfect blend of city life and relaxation.

Welcome to this bright and cozy home, perfect for your Wilmington getaway! This charming property features two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a second bedroom with a queen-size futon, complete with extra bedding for added comfort.

The living room is a great spot to relax, offering a queen-size sofa bed and a TV with popular streaming channels like Netflix, MAX, Peacock, and Prime Video. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for meal preparation, along with a small dining area. Enjoy complimentary coffee and popcorn during your stay.

For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, with detergent provided. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo with a high shower head for tall guests’ comfort, and towels are neatly stored under the sink.

This was a nice cottage in a great location near downton and convenient to the rest of the Wilmington area. The neighborhood made.for some nice walks looking at all of the historic homes.

Great Spot

My wife and our dogs had a fantastic stay. The neighborhood is walking distance to some cool places, and an easy drive to Wilmington beach. Would recommend this to anyone. Host were easy to communicate and work with.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed staying here as it was close enough to walk to downtown but far enough to be quiet at night. There are a few spots within a block or so that you can walk to for a quick bite or drink and hiwire allows dogs inside if you’re staying with your fur baby. Nice spacious house with ceiling fan above the bed. Would stay here again!

Great Cottage

We stayed for two nights at the cottage. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Very cute decor too. It’s close to everything so it was easy to walk everywhere. Matt was very responsive to our questions. We had a great stay!

Pleasant cottage, well equipped in City neighborhood. Good access to historic area and beaches. Inside was very clean and enjoyable space. Fenced in yard could be nice but was a mess, including leaves, dog poop and broken glass.

We loved the Coastal Cottage! Loved the home and the decorations. Also loved the front porch swing and rocking chairs. Had a wonderful time with our family of four and 2 dogs.We loved the location. We were able to walk to breweries and restaurants. Matt was such a pleasure to work with. He answered any and all questions promptly! Can’t wait to stay in this cute Coastal Cottage again!

Cute little House

We are a family of three with two dogs. We are HUGE Dawson's Creek fans and that's what we did was all things Dawson's creek. The property was about 20 min leisurely walk to the riverwalk. So much easier to walk then drive due to the cost of parking. Town is very dog friendly. Many restaurants had outdoor seating and allowed dogs. We ate at Front Street Brewery, Kilwins for dessert and The George on the river. By the river there are nats so bring some bug spray. Overall the house was just what we needed and very accessible. A must stay!
