The house was exactly as pictured (better than pictured actually) . Very clean, great water pressure, close to everything down town. (Ubers where 5.00 for 6 people) we loved the back patio area with the hanging lights it really set the mood and tone. Beds super comfortable as well as large thick towels and wash cloths. (This has always been an issue with rentals). Bathrooms equiped with full size hair products and body wash as well. Would love to rebook the next time we are in the area. 10/10 responsive host

Couldn’t ask for a nicer home. The decor was just as the pictures showed, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed are stay. My husband and I were in town to watch our Granddaughter play soccer. It is convenient to the University, beach, pickleball across the street. Very quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to answer a question we had. First class, we didn’t get to take advantage of the back garden, but it would be a great place to spend time with family. Would book again!

Modern and welcoming

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. My brothers and I met in Wilmington to celebrate our father’s 93rd birthday. We spent most of our time at our father’s home, but we enjoyed evenings and early mornings at this home. We found it to meet all our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee was available, a nice touch. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and bathrooms very modern and clean. The televisions in each bedroom as well as the living room we’re very nice too. Your home is modern, clean and very well priced. Thank you for being great hosts. We hope to stay there next time we’re in town.

Very nice property. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds very comfortable. Very nice private backyard area which we were able to take advantage of due to amazing weather. Close to downtown and everything we wanted to do. Not the best area — park across street with lots of activity — but overall, well worth the price. Owners were great and communicated very quickly. Very easy check in and out.

The house is very nice, it is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 baths. It is listed as a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom so that is wrong. Location seems to be in a transition area gettin better. One bedroom was missing blinds on the window so it was hard to sleep in that room.

Great Easter Weekend in ILM

Our family convened from all over the country in Wilmington and our stay at Madeline's home made it very special. The house was perfectly located to walk to downtown for restaurants and nightlife. We enjoyed tennis and pickleball literally right outside our front door. This was probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever experienced and our host was very responsive to all of our needs. Thanks Madeline!

Thanksgiving Weekend Meetup

Met my sons, daughter and her boyfriend for the weekend. I was a little nervous about the place having no reviews but the pics looked nice. Turns out the place was absolutely beautiful and everything was perfect for the five of us. The host’s thought of everything. We visited the battleship and had lunch/dinner in downtown Wilmington. After dinner we would just hang out at the unit catching up. Definitely would come back again

Very nice!

Great place. Newly renovated and very nicely decorated. Comfortable for 5 of us in town for a wedding. Walking distance to town but we chose to Uber which was very easy and fast. Awesome outside seating area with really cool fire pit table.
