Room size and services are fine as per the price. Hallways always filled with smoke smell. Property is little far from main road and not walkable. Feels unsafe to walk to nearby plaza and places.

Good vibes from start to finish!

The staff is very friendly and hopeful, the rooms are clean and overall it's pretty quiet and laid back. Highly recommend a stay at this place ☺️

Parking fee

The stay was amazing. What I did not like is you have to pay for parking. Now they have you paying an incidental fee. I don’t think we should have to pay for parking when we are already paying a high fee to stay there.

I didn’t get to stay. When I arrived after driving 2 hrs I was told that someone should had called me they overbooked and had no rooms avail. The girl at the front desk was rude and unapologetic. Informed me to call Expedia to get a refund. Never again

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever seen. I walked in then turned around walked right out and asked for a refund. The girl at the desk was very understanding and accommodating. I was traveling alone, staying with a relative at the hospital, and I didn't feel safe at all. Do not stay here.

At first it was good when me and my girlfriend spent the night but we extended it for the next night and she wanted to take a shower before we went out to go to the mall and it was terrible there was an old smelly towel behind the door in room 309 and we didn’t end up staying the night we ended up going to a different hotel after seeing that and we saw bugs the night before but brushed it off and went to sleep so who knows if there are bed bugs. The staff was very nice but the room wasn’t. I would like a full refund back to my girlfriend’s card and mine as well Thanks
