Our most budget-friendly option. This is our oldest unit, kept specifically for guests seeking a low-cost stay. If you are looking for crisp and fresh, this is not the place for you. It is a simple, functional apartment on the 1st floor in a historic building—not a luxury renovation. We require government-issued photo ID, sign agreement and a $500 security deposit may be charged at the host's discretion.

Experience the best value in Wilmington. This loft is located in a historic 1800s building—formerly the city’s first hospital—offering a "diamond in the rough" experience for the practical traveler. We prioritize affordability and function over modern aesthetics.

Good comms with host, check-in was easy, it just wasn’t my favorite neighborhood to be in
 apartment was clean but underwhelming in terms of quality (bed and couch were quite stiff, laminate on flooring felt uneven). I think the photos made the apartment look better than it was.

Simple yet satisfying

It’s the end of the summer and the only thing left on my list was to go to the beach, but with the demand so high it was hard for me to find a stay that would accommodate my weekend. Luckily I came across this simple yet satisfying space just an hour away from my favorite beach Rehoboth. This space was amazing and that’s me being modest. Just enough space for me to enjoy a quiet getaway. I will definitely keep this space on my list to revisit and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family !

Spacious, walkable Wilmington hang out

This is a beautiful one-bedroom with kitchen and a huge closet. Luke, the property manager, is very responsive and helpful from booking to check out. Definitely worth a stay if you’re looking for a spot in central Wilmington.
