Easy access entry, spacious bedroom, living room and kitchen, all with amazing views of King Street or Market Street, two 55" LG Ultra Smart Televisions, Grass accent wall to capture your best selfies, coffee complementary, hands-free stainless trashcan and hand-sanitizer dispenser to keep the risk of germ spreading low.
Beside the stylish vintage/modern look of the apartment, I can honestly say that our "Location is Everything". Being in the heart of the restaurant district is the best amenity we offer for our guest. Just literally a few footsteps from the most popular venues in Delaware "The Queen", Also just a few steps away from Merchant Bar, La Fia, Makers Alley and just up the block, Wilma's for southern food and bowling. Plenty more restaurants, bars and shopping stores are on the strip to enjoy. From our location were literally 90 sec away from the courthouse on foot, 7 min walk from the Amtrak Train Station, 15 min drive from the Christiana Mall, 5 min drive from the Riverfront where you can enjoy miniature golfing, a children's museum and trampoline park for kids, bike riding and jogging on the trails that face the river.
The space
Admire the view of DT Wilmington from the sunlit, elegant and high ceiling 1 Br Apt. It boasts a crisp, contemporary feel while still feeling comfortable and inviting. Enjoy a convenient kitchenette, breakfast counter, and of course the soothing high pressured mineral shower head.
Other things to note
Before and after every guest the entire space is thoroughly cleaned with products that fights Covid-19, bacterias and other germs for all our hard surfaces and cottons. Fresh sheets and pillow cases are applied after every stay, thoroughly with gloves and mask to prevent spreading after each and every clean.

Great Location, Cool Space!
This was our first time in Wilmington and we're glad we stayed over! The space is in a great location and we loved the bright, modern feel. Host was exceptional when it came to communication and making sure our check-in was flawless. Highly recommended! A++

Spartan, but Nice
Definitely no frills, but adequate. Just a sofa in the living room - no tables, table lamps on floor. Building elevator was not working (not the host's fault, of course), which made access challenging, especially with bags. Did not get check-in instructions until just before scheduled arrival, which caused us some nervousness. Owner did check in (via text) a couple of times during our stay, which was nice and appreciated.

Perfect location, generous space
