Indulge in a magical mermaid adventure at this enchanting historic home nestled near Wilmington's vibrant Cargo District and charming Historic Downtown. You'll be just a fin's flip away from the beach, where you can transform into a mermaid during the day. Then, as the sun sets, stroll back (on what do they call them? Oh, feet!) to experience the culinary delights of downtown. MerManor boasts four exquisitely themed bedrooms, so glide into a cozy underwater haven and unwind in style.

Level 2 EV charger use is complementary.

The house includes 4 mermaid bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, complete with washer and dryer and a fully furnished kitchen.

Driveway can hold two average cars or one large vehicle and there is plenty of free street parking.

You are more than welcome to communicate with us here for any needs. We will not be on the property during your stay.

Located in The Greenwood neighborhood of Wilmington the house is a few blocks from the Cargo District and is a quick 10 minute stroll to the restaurants, bars and stores located in the district. There is a locally-owned shop next door to grab a quick soda or snack. If you plan on going out for the night it is about a 20 minute walk to the historic district and going down Market Street is always a wonderful walk.

If walking, the house is within 10 minutes of the Cargo District and 20 minutes of Historic Downtown. There is plenty of street parking if you care to drive and Ubers and Lyfts are always a click on your app away.

The house can sleep 8-10 people comfortably but the living room is most comfortable with 6-7. However if you utilize the bedroom chairs you could fit up to 10 in the living room with space.

We enjoyed our stay here for sure! It’s super cute & the hosts did great with making it welcoming. Only thing we didn’t like was the massive food truck parked out front most of the stay. It just made parking & getting in & out more difficult.

Very comfortable home that was close to the race (IM70.3) race finish and IM village. Well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, laundry available. We did not use the upstairs king bedroom as there was no ac (did have ceiling fans) but still too warm for the athletes to sleep comfortable. Nice room though, spacious and well done.

MerManor Perfection

The house was perfect, and adorable! We noticed a new small detail everyday. The hosts think of everything down to providing bowls and leads for the dogs. I would stay here over and over! Our two littles didn't want to leave. Five plus stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
