We enjoyed this place for our quick weekend trip. It was very clean and unit was perfectly described on listing. The airport was an easy 15 minute drive, beach was near by. This place is in a perfect location, near shopping and restaurants. We played pickle ball with the equipment the owner provided. Overall, was very pleased and would stay again. The host were wonderful, they commuicated very well through out our stay.

David and Barb were very responsive. The unit is lively. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and clubhouse and chatted it up with some of the locals at the pool. We would definitely stay here again when in ILM. Convenient location to all shops and dining. We enjoyed a fantastic brunch at Drift (get there early) and dinner at Bluewater Grill.

A Great Vacation

We had a great time staying here. The hosts were responsive and attentive. The townhome was clean, spacious and perfect for our needs. Everything was just advertised. The neighborhood is also great with nearby shops and restaurants. The Airlie Gardens are 5 min driving and they were stunning. Driving to Wrightsville beach is only 5-7 minutes, and we easily found parking on the north side (beach access points 24 and 22). We are very happy with our stay and would visit again.

Four adults traveling to Wilmington attending wedding of a friend. Location was excellent. Close to the beach and just a short drive to downtown Wilmington. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Condo was very clean and updated. Hosts very helpful, would very highly recomend.

Work and play

We were in the area visiting family but needed some separation for work too. The VRBO gave us that opportunity. Very comfortable easy access to all the Wilmington has to offer including the beach, great shopping and good restaurants. A win/win.

The property was great. The owners didn’t miss a beat in how the condo was furnished and supplied. The location was perfect: wooded community right next to a shopping area with restaurants, a few blocks from the inland waterway and more great restaurants and about a mile to wrightsville beach.

Amazing property and hosts!

Everything was clean and beautiful, tastefully decorated. Anything we could have possibly needed was in the bathrooms and kitchen. Location was great, within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants. Only a ten minute drive to the beach! One of the things that made the stay most pleasant was how helpful and accommodating our hosts were. They were willing to let additional people stay for a small fee, and even provided a rollaway bed for us. Communication was always snappy and effective. Can’t wait to come back next year hopefully!

Spectacular!

We had an amazing time.The house was very well equiped, super clean, confortable and nicely decorated. It is located very close to a grocery store and restaurants. The community has pickle ball and tennis courts. The house has raquets and balls provided for both. We recommend this house and we will be back. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was clean and exactly as pictured online. It was nice staying somewhere that felt secluded yet only a short drive to the local stores & restaurants.
