Outdoor Enthusiasts Paradise in Beautiful Vermont!

Immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in the Chimney Hill 4 Season Resort community.

Fishing, Hiking, Boating, Golfing, skiing and snowmobiling right outside your door!!

The open concept main level features a living room with wood floors and sliding doors leading to a wrap around deck, a dining area, a gourmet kitchen with gas range and quartz countertops, a full bathroom and mudroom with pantry. On the second level there a primary bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom. The lower level boasts a family room, bedroom, utility room with washer & dryer. Get away from it all in the she-shed complete with electricity - Great place for a little quiet/adult time away from the kids or morning coffee!! There is a front 3 season covered porch, Telsa power wall and EV charger. The clubhouse just up the street offers many great amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, full fitness room, game room, movie room, basketball court, tennis courts, playground, ice skating pond, hiking trails and snowmobiling plus boat and snowmobile trailer parking areas. Just a short drive to the lakes, golf courses, downtown Wilmington shops & restaurants, Mount Snow ski resort and Hermitage Club.

Such a cozy and pretty house with the old chalet feel. There is so much fun for us to be back into and go to the clubhouse, etc.. We would certainly return as the house was super comfortable and allowed us to cook some nice dinners too.

Amazing cabin!

Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with! And the cabin was so cute and loved the decor. Great accommodations for beds for us and the kids who loved the redone basement as their own kids space! We enjoyed monopoly and the community pool! Made it an even better trip for our family reunion. Thank you!!!

Great house!

The house had the vibe of a cute, log cabin in the woods. The owner responded with in 5 minutes each time I messaged her. The house was a short 12 minute drive away from Mount Snow. All around we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend!
