It’s a perfect location in a quiet subdivision with a pool, pool house, new kitchen appliances and pots and pans and dishes. The master bedroom was huge with en suite bath and the other two bedrooms on the main floor were fine. There is a bonus room above the garage with two additional double beds. Any concern or issues were taken care of immediately by the host. I would strongly recommend staying here. I know I will on the next visit to Wilmington.

Wonderful Wilmington Getaway with Friends

Three 70 aged couples enjoyed a 3 night reunion, coming together from Charleston, Charlotte and Harrisonburg. The house was clean, well-decorated, and completely comfortable. We had our own private bedrooms as well as a spacious common area—kitchen, dining areas and living room. If only it had been warm enough in December to jump into the gorgeous salt water pool.

Great Wilmington Trip!

The house has been updated throughout and in a great neighborhood. It was very clean, with plenty of room for my family of 6. The outdoor space in the back yard is amazing including the deck, fire pit and pool. We will be returning next summer to enjoy the warm weather and pool.

Beautiful home, great location

We decided to get a house instead of hotel rooms for our North Carolina Women of the Moose Rally Day. The home is less than 10 minutes away from the Wilmington Moose Lodge, so it was the perfect location for us. The beautifully decorated home is well appointed and slept 7 comfortably. However, there are only 2 bathrooms in the main house. The 3rd bathroom is out in the pool house. The backyard and pool are fantastic.

Amazing pool & home!

The decor is beautiful, and the design of the master bedroom & bath is one of my favorites ever! This home has a great open kitchen and living area that leads out to a nice deck and very fun pool with ample seating. It is located in a quiet family neighborhood which we liked. We so enjoyed our stay here!

Great space!

I was looking for a place to stay that had enough space for multiple people and this place fit the bill! The kitchen is huge, the outdoor space is great, and the location is 20mins from both Carolina beach and Wrightsville beach. Stephanie was VERY responsive and accommodating. We had an infant in our group and she purchased a pack and play to accommodate our needs. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at this house!

This house had many updated things, it was very comfortable and relaxing. It had games, pool towels, many areas around the pool to sit in the sun and in the shade. The beds were very comfortable!! I loved the well kept large pool!! The host was outstanding keeping in touch with us for any needs we may have had. I would love to go back!

Perfect family getaway

The pictures of this property don't do it justice. We were so impressed with very room in this house. Stephanie did a great job decorating and didn't spare any details. I couldn't get my family out of the pool and cabana area. The neighborhood was perfect for bike riding and family walks. We made wonderful memories here and can't wait to come back!

Relaxing Sanctuary

Wonderful property

We loved staying at this property! Everything was clean and neat, and property had everything we needed for a short family stay in the area for local soccer tournament. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we hoped but it was still very nice! Check-in and check-process very easy, and host was always responsive and friendly. Would recommend this property for your stay in Wilmington - within 20 minutes of just about everything!
