Brand new totally renovated room. Extra clean. Keyless entry with code. I am located within minutes of ilm Airport. Centrally located 15 minutes to Downtown Wilmington or 15/20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. If you need a ride anywhere I have several friends that Uber. I do have beach accessories that I provide for my guests. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, bag, towels etc. If there's anything I can help with upon your visit please let me know. Thank you, Dina

Perfect space!
Our family wanted to make a quick trip to the coast and due to work schedules couldn’t stay overnight. Dina worked with us and allowed us to use the space earlier than check in time for kids to nap, everyone to shower, and rest before a last dinner reservation. The host was quick to respond, easy to work with, and the place was very clean and inviting. The kids loved the snacks that were there, the coloring material, and games. We were able to make the most of an 18 hour day trip because of her kindness and response. Would definitely stay here!

Better Than Advertised
Dina's place was even better than advertised! We loved the amenities like snacks, a filtered water pitcher, a toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge for our week-long stay in Wilmington! The place was spotless! Dina was an excellent host who checked in often. The location is great! It is about 12 minutes to Downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, and 35 minutes to Carolina Beach. The area has several restaurants and a Lowe's Foods nearby. I highly recommend staying here!

Short trip to Wilmington
We stayed one night at Dina’s private room. Communication was excellent. The room was perfect for me and my daughter. There is beach items, coloring books, magazines, lots of “extras”. It felt very homey.

Awesome first experience
This is the first time I have used VRBO and I don't know if I will ever stay at another hotel again. The place was so clean and very private.the bed is super comfy.anything you need is there for you. She even got us a ride to the concert.all for less than the hotels are charging. 5 stars 😁

Amazing
Dina is such an excellent host. The establishment is quaint, beautiful, clean, peaceful and quiet. Dina made sure I had everything I needed even an IRON. The room is decorated tactful and beautiful with its glass and mirror accents. You can hear the flowing water of the pond a must if you need to relax after a busy day in Wilmington and its surrounding areas. This is definitely an excellent get a way spot.
