The room was very dirty, the up keep is not done at all. The beds were very hard, pillows were awful. Sheets had stains on them. The toilet hit the wall when you sat down. The sink was broken and the drain didn't work. No tv channels maybe like 5. Over all was not a pleasant stay and i checked out after the first night and went somewhere else. Would not bring kids near this place!

I was a bit uneasy with that parking lot the first night. Too much activity for a parking lot. After the first night there was less activity and I felt safe. The cleaning staff was prompt with towels and each day our beds were made, the room wiped down and trash removed. Would stay again. Appreciate the coffee being available in the lobby.

Horrible hotel. Mold filled room. Rude staff

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The first room we had was filled with mold all around it. They accommodated us to change rooms but were horribly rude about it and completely unhelpful. They told us we had to completely exit the first room and leave all our stuff in the concrete walkway until they’d open our new room. Then they just argued about everything when I expressed my anger about that. They finally let us in but made me walk all the way to the front desk to get the keys instead of just handing them to me when they opened the door. The pool was filled with algae and you couldn’t even see the 2nd stair it was so cloudy. Avoid!

People that actually care about people is hard to find!!! , and EVERYONE here genuinely cared for us. Havent felt this much hospitality in ages. Gave us all toothbrushes because we forgot ours. Helped us get into our car when we lost the keys , let us enjoy the pool after check-out while we still didn't have our keys. Answered front desk phone promptly and kindly every time day and night. Just so nice and helpful....What an incredible group of people! Thank you guys again!
