We loved it! I truly plan to book another stay. Room was clean, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The view is amazing and so peaceful.

The property is showing it’s age a little bit, but still very nice setting with nice pool and nice beach front. The staff was especially courteous. The restaurant did not have regular hours during my stay. Maybe short staffed.

Stayed more than once, won’t stay again though

I have stayed at this “resort” several times and made referrals. Unfortunately after this trip, I won’t be returning. The first night we stayed, I attempted to turn the air in the room down and the thermostat cut off completely and the heat kicked on. It got hot in there FAST. Called the front desk who said maint. would not be back until the morning & the only thing they could offer us was a new room. It was midnight… so at midnight I had to pack up the entire room & my 4 year old & move - to a room with a bed made for the Flintstones. I understand things happen and thankfully they were able to accommodate us in the moment. The issue was we were told a manager would contact us the following morning but we never heard from them. I followed up that evening and another note was left in the system as well as a written note requesting they contact us. The following day, still nothing. So when I checked out, I asked to speak to them before I left and Scott the manager was supposedly on a phone call but the sweet lady at the front desk was told that he would speak with the general manager and SHE (front desk rep) would contact us the next day. I received 2 calls that day to confirm we were out of the room - but yet it’s been over a week and still haven’t heard from anyone. Seems Scott can’t be bothered. On top of that, resort fees and room costs went up…but no comp coffee, drunks at the pool, min. on room service, breakfast is not complimentary and is mediocre at best etc.

The room was nice. We had to get extra towels and sheets and blankets. There was only 2 sets of towels in the room. The sofa bed had no sheets or blanets. The view is amazing. The bathroom was clean but definitely should be remodeled. There was water damage around the tub and a small hole in the wall near the vanity mirror. Beds are old spring mattresses.

Solo retreat

Clean hotel and staff were kind. Pool and beach walk way area were kept very clean by hard working man. The room itself needed new carpet and adding a throw blanket would have been nice along with dish cloths for the kitchen sink area.

The views are amazing!! Which is a good thing because the resort leaves a lot to be overlooked. The staff was not overly hospitable and the rooms definitely need to be tended to. They've thrown some newer updates in there with granite counters, cute beach artwork and vinyl flooring but there are lots of things needing attention like damaged moldings, paint peeling, hardware falling off, non-closing cabinets, etc. But like i said, the ocean views are incredible!

The location (quiet and not crowded) and beach area are the reason to stay here. Parking is convenient and the room was clean and comfortable with a nice little balcony overlooking the ocean. We did not try the restaurant or the swimming pools. Some of the "details" at the resort were a bit neglected. For example, the ice machines were empty, the kitchen lacked a sponge for washing dishes, and the workout room (which is tiny) did not have water or sanitizing wipes. But I would stay there again and just pack some extra supplies! Overall we had a lovely time.

We stayed in room 316. The smoke alarm was pulled away from the ceiling and clearly not working. The sofa was so filthy that we couldn’t even sit on it. One end of the sofa looked like someone threw up and then flipped the cushions. The other end had obviously been urinated on. The front, sides, arms and back of the sofa are brown with grime.

I want a refund

The floor was filthy my grandson was crawling on it and his feet and knees were black. No working ice machines, the door had sharp edges and cut my foot. I went to all floors and couldn’t find a working ice machine! The couch was filthy. The freezer was terrible. I mopped the floor with a hand towel it was black and I took it to the front desk to show them.. no pillows for the pullout couch.

I have stayed in the past multiple times. Now, it needs a room make over, no utensils, no bothing. The room was old and the toilets were not secure to even sit on, running hotbwater didnt last . I could go on but it needs a major update.
