My booking stated that we needed a room for 3 adults.We had a king size bed, and I thought we would have a pullout couch. But instead, it was just a regular couch that the third adult barely fit on. The fabric part of the couch itself was dirty And disgusting. The room smelled like smoke. The front door to the outside did not close fully unless you yanked it shut. Seemed like it had been broken into. The noises from the highway were very loud at night. we were in town for a graduation and the rates were super expensive. they did not offer any room straightening service. And there were multiple noisy neighbors. I would not stay here again.

Double Charged

The stay wasn’t bad and the staff was friendly. The WiFi was terrible and worked off and on. My main complaint is I was already charged my 2 nights plus incidentals at check in, but woke up charged again for the 2 nights.

Won’t stay there anymore

First of all, there was no hospitality in that hotel. Nobody told us about we had to pay for parking, even if it was only $5 a night but still tell us. We had no trash can in the bathrooms, the kitchen was not well equipped. Stains and hair on the floor, broken door on the first floor. My husband went to get breakfast, the pancake machine was broken. So my family of 5 had no breakfast. We went to the lobby and there was no hello, no “how I can help you”. The girl at the front desk was just busy cleaning her nails.

The staff pleasant and courteous, The room 713 was clean and nicely priced for the size. I was unable to stick around for free breakfast due to the location and having to meet colleagues in the city of Wilmington I had to leave early.

Staff was the best part of this experience. The room was the worst. Between the musty smell and the stains i could clean off myself, it was rough. But you get what you paid for so can't complain too much.
