Beach and Baseball Getaway

The property was perfect for our needs for this trip to visit the beaches and catch a Wilmington Sharks baseball game or two (our son is playing on the team this summer). We definitely need to come back to the area to see and explore more!

Great place, nice central location to all fun things Wilmington and beyond. I appreciate the cleanliness. The owners are nice, great at communicating and prompt. . It was a pleasant experience and hope to return.

Great location for beach and downtown!

Nice place! Overall, loved it with only 2 minor issues of poor wifi and tight parking for 2 vehicles due to having a truck. Would love to come back sometime! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Cute little property!!

The house was very cute and the perfect size for three couples. We were able to Uber downtown for a concert and it only took about 10-15 minutes. The shared yard is absolutely beautiful, with flowers and plants everywhere. Check in and out went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here next time we visit Wilmington.

A good place to stay in Wilmington

Our family stayed here over the Christmas holiday while visiting other family members and friends in the Wilmington area. The house is centrally located to the places we wanted to go.The house is spacious and clean with attractive furnishings and plenty of beds for everyone. The yard is nice too. We appreciate that our dog was able to come with us.The kitchen is large but not well stocked. Cookware and utensils were in poor shape or lacking altogether. The owner was responsive to our concerns and questions and promises to address this.The parking area is very tight. Don't bring your big truck or SUV! Also, there are no blinds or blackout curtains so the street lights shine in the bedrooms through the sheer curtains at night.Overall, a good place to stay though.

Disappointed

The property is cute and quiet but kitchen cooking utensils were not usable and the stove/oven was not clean. No shades on doors or windows; shower liner was very dirty. Parking was challenging. Had elderly family member and would like to have had safety bars in the master shower. Sorry for the review but you asked.

Location was good. House was very clean. Communication was great with the owner. Parking was a little weird but we also was driving a suburban. Back yard was shared with long time renters which was strange for a group of woman. Over all was a good experience

Wonderful stay

The property is newly renovated and very nice. Comfortable beds and centrally located to all attractions in the area. Stefani responded quickly when we had questions about Wilmington. We will definitely stay here again
