Was not a family friendly environment. Rooms were sparse, bathroom tiny and could have been cleaner. We are both over 70 ,had us on the second floor, no elevator but would not help us with our luggage. We did not stay after viewing the room.

I didn't have a stay. I left a different hotel because of bugs everywhere, booked through hotels.com to get a room at SureStay, and was turned away at the door. They said they didn't see my itinerary, and didn't care that I had the receipt and all the information to show them. Now they're refusing to refund me! Do not try and stay here; you'll be gambling with your money.

Not pleased at all.

I was thoroughly disappointed. This is a Best Western and of all the best westerns I’ve stayed in, this was more like a motel 6. I killed a cockroach that was on my nightstand when I woke on Saturday morning. The alarm clock wasn’t plugged in and I’m guessing it’s because the wires were frayed which is a fire hazard. The tv lost its setting so I had no tv for the majority of the stay. When I checked in, the lady was very polite and was the best part of the entire stay. The key cards to get into the room are very difficult to use. If you don’t scan them perfectly, then you’re not gaining access until you do. I do not recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff was rude upon entering for check in. When we went to check into our room there was blood on the sidewalk in front of our room, room smelt like smoke, bathrooms smelt like urine. Lock on the ground level room was not working properly, the room next to us was having a domestic dispute. Terrible cannot even believe this place is allowed to stay open, do not stay here

Breakfast was limited there were bugs on the floor of the room and one large bug that crawled out from under the bed. There was black mold around the door frame and the window frame. The room felt musty and damp. Beds were clean, bathrooms, clean overall generally decent place to stay for one night.

I left my last hotel because of the jacuzzi not working among other things. So, I booked with this hotel.... soon as I got there both Jacuzzi's didn't work, wrong room, ice maker didn't work, key card never worked, and staff were REALLY RUDE!! I even called corporate to complain and send photos of how the staff let people not staying at the hotel sleep on the lobby sofa and staff just sitting around in the lobby not behind front desk. The janitor/maintenance guy was rude and felt he was a bit racist towards me.
