The photos advertising the property were nothing like the actual property. I tried to cancel my stay when I saw it and I was told that was not an option. All rooms have exterior doors. The parking lot is dark and there were people loitering around the vehicles. There were some rooms that were accessible through a courtyard, however, the rooms still had exterior doors. The room smelled musty and not clean. There were holes in the wall around the shower fixtures. The bathtub water could not be shut off completely and the tub was stained. There were holes in the walls of the room and the air conditioner was leaking into the room. There was a gap aroud the door large enough to see light from outside. The bed had black specks on the sheets. The pool looked nice, but the hot tub was a dark gray color. I left and found another establishment.

The hotel's Expedia listing tells you you must make your reservation before they will provide the phone number to check whether a pet-friendly room is available. I made a reservation, no pet-friendly room was available, I cancelled immediately, and they refused a refund. Expedia was no help in resolving the issue, and the hotel manager ignored my emails.

The stay was comfortable. Not too many complaints. Parking can be tricky if hotel is full and you leave, and if you stay pool-side there will be some noise after hours... but overall not too bad. Would have been better if room had carpet floors.

This hotel is dangerous... do not stay here for your own safety. Major violations include widespread cockroaches (inside rooms and around the property), visible black mold in the lobby, and severe pest issues (rodent droppings found in our room). The bathtub was unsafe due to dry rot and missing drains. Most alarming, we found a spent vermin shot round and pellet from a Winchester firearm in our room, raising serious concerns about dangerous activity on the premises. Extension cords were left hanging dangerously, and coffee makers were placed inside bathrooms, violating basic health guidelines. Room locks malfunctioned, leaving guests locked out for hours while untrained staff (often kitchen workers covering for absent managers) struggled to help. The air conditioner was filthy and broken; both toilets were nonfunctional—one wouldn't stop running, the other didn't flush at all. Cleaning was inadequate: hair in drains and on towels. Our friends with children left rather than risk these conditions. Management offered no apology, compensation, or solutions. Staff claimed key cards failed due to phones, but this was just an excuse for broken locks. These issues represent multiple breaches of health, safety, and business laws, and management’s lack of response puts everyone at risk.

Worst experience I ever had.

When we went up to our room we realized the door was broken. We had trouble trying to closed the door. The window curtains didn’t close all the way. I booked a king size bed but it was a queen. When we turned on the water the water was dirty until it ran clean. We couldn’t get in the swimming pool because it was dirty. A cleaning lady rushed us out the room at 11:05 am. We were already gathering our stuff to leave.

The room was fine. I did not use the pool but it was right there for everyone. I did not eat the breakfast but it was there for everyone. The reception staff said my room number out loud 3x for anyone to hear. Very casual place.

I rented a room just to be able to go swimming and relax, but unfortunately it was a thunderstorm so I couldn’t go swimming so I ended up checking out and going home but the place was nice. It wasn’t their fault. The weather was horrible.
