Friendly welcome and he showed me around and answered all our questions. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and it had a nice big shower with warm water. The continental breakfast was awesome. Fresh made breads and meats and a hard boiled egg, yogurt, juice and coffee. Everything was delivered to our table with great service and a friendly staff. It was close to a few restaurants and as the name suggests, right next door to the Castle Wiltz. We enjoyed the whole experience.

We were met by the owner at check in. He is also the chef for the restaurant. He took time to explain the hotel and restaurant food options. The hotel is very nice. We were given a mini-suite with a balcony. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Our stay at Hôtel restaurant Beim Schlass was short but very very sweet. We arrived a little later than planned but that was no issue. My mother is in a wheelchair and once they seen her they moved us to a closer floor and even lifted her (in the wheel chair) up the flight of stairs. Amazing customer service. The hotel itself is stunning. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at on our trip to Europe. The room was large and clean. The property appeared to be well maintained. We had no problem with parking. We do plan on coming back.

Bij aankomst was de teleurstelling groot toen bleek dat het kasteel op de foto naast het hotel is en niet het hotel zelf. Ik zou dus ten sterkste aanbevelen om de foto aan te passen. De receptie was al gesloten (het was ongeveer 17u00). Wij moesten dus een kaart uit een kluisje halen, één keer gelukt scande de kaart niet om de deur te openen. Meermaals op de bel gedrukt, maar niemand kwam opendoen of nam op. Gelukkig kwam even later een personeelslid toe, hij heeft onze kaart geactiveerd, aangezien dit niet gebeurd was. Wij hebben enorm veel geluk gehad dat deze persoon langskwam. De traphal is prachtig. De kamer was lekker warm, mooi en proper, hier en daar opmerkingen zoals gaten in de muur, een lamp in de badkamer zonder kap (dus rechtstreeks halogeenlampje te zien), een vijs in een balk,... Toen wij weer naar beneden kwamen was er iemand aan de receptie, die persoon was ook heel vriendelijk en heeft ons uitleg gegeven over de eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Wij sliepen met 4 in één kamer. De twee kinderen kozen voor de bedden, wij mochten op de slaapbank slapen, maar die was echt niet confortabel en maakte heel veel lawaai. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.

Bijna alle kamers liggen aan een doorgaande weg . Dat stoort de nachtrust. Voorts is er ook geen lift . Voor ons geen probleem maar voor mensen met een fysieke beperking is dit hotel volledig ongeschikt. Voorts werd ons beloofd dat ze de kamer koel zouden houden . Niet gedaan . Kamer veel te heet .voorts is het restaurant veel te duur

Een ruime kamer die zeer netjes was ingericht en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. De parkeervoorziening is echter wat krap maar gezien de ligging van het hotel kan dat niet anders.
