Welcome to our serene retreat nestled amidst nature's embrace! This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is the perfect getaway for up to 6 guests. With a refreshing cowboy pool that can also be heated for the cooler months, a cozy firepit, and enchanting Creekside views, this vacation rental promises an unforgettable escape for nature lovers and relaxation seekers alike.
The Space:
As you step inside our home you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and serenity.
The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, providing a peaceful haven to recharge after a day of adventures.
Two modern bathrooms feature clean and contemporary designs, along with all the essential amenities you'll need.
The backyard oasis sits above Cypress Creek, where you can enjoy a stunning view of the spring-fed creek and the serene water lilies below. Our Cowboy pool invites you to take a refreshing dip immersed in the lush green surroundings of this tranquil escape.
For those chilly evenings gather around the firepit under the starry Hill Country sky.
This property provides a tranquil setting for creating memorable moments with friends and family.
Guest Access:
This rental includes full access to Unit 1. This is a 3-bedroom unit with its own separate entrance.
Shared Property Notes:
- The unit next door (Unit 2) is a separate rental. You may see other guests, but your unit and living spaces are completely private.
- Parking is on the left side of the house. The small driveway on the right side is for Unit 2.
- The backyard is shared however the small cowboy pool and fire pit, is designated for your use only.
- If your party is interested in also renting Unit 2 for more space, please let us know and we would be happy to check availability for you!
Inside Your Unit:
- For our housekeeping team's use, a few storage closets will be locked during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
This is the perfect Wimberley location! We are less than 10 minutes from:
- H-E-B Grocery
- Wimberley town square (many cute shops and restaurants)
- Recreational tennis courts
- Quicksand Golf Course
- Cypress Falls
- Jacobs Well
- Blue Hole Regional Park
Other Things to Note:
Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, FCM Homes Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.
Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isnât completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.
HOUSE RULES:
- Occupancy [ 6 ]
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- There is a small fire pit in the backyard. We kindly ask guests to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife.

Please note that this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services.
As you may know, Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. Please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
