Food - Not good - Ordered and told after no food available - Both starter and main came out at the same time - Then 20mins later - Brought same food back out - that had been put under heat - It was hard and burnt . Did not want to eat here again

Really very disappointing

Prebooked dinner but on arrival, we were told restaurant fully booked with a wedding. Room was uncomfortable as heating seemed to be have 2 settings..inferno or ice age. Bathroom smelled of damp as no extractor. This hotel will go in our Never Visit again bucket.

2nd stay here - consistent good service

Staff were happy to deal with a couple of requests re changing the duvet and pillows to non feather/down filling and they had pre-installed a dog bed and bowl, which saved me another trip to the car thankfully. Comfortable, well equipped and dark bedroom. Very nice public areas and staff

Friendly staff!

The hoyel was lovely, efficient check in and room was ready earlier than stated. We used the swimming pool in the morning and the staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff are a big plus for this hotel. We have stayed at Norton Park for a number of years, going back to the 2000 It has not changed very much over the years, and although the rooms are clean, they are starting to look dated.

Plug in sink jammed, couldn’t have a wash. So hot, no air conditioning. Shower was great. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Next door was very noisy.
