Great location to visit CA wine region

A very nice facility with lots of amenities that make it great to stay here and visit vineyards and restaurants in the California wine region. The check-in process was extremely tedious and took over twenty minutes as there was some pressure to attend a sales presentation. We resisted and were not bothered again. There is a lot to enjoy here and in the area.

First of all, this is a time share. They try their hardest to sell you stuff you don't want. Misleading and too long of a check in process. Secondly, I stayed at the property for work and the WiFi was out in my building. I had reports and meetings to host, and I was told by the front desk that I could use their business center. That is not what I paid for. They refused to move me to a different building and refused a refund. Pretty property but terrible staff. My self nor my coworkers will ever be coming back.
