Gorgeous home near famed wine country's rolling hills of Dry Creek Valley, minutes from Russian River Brewery, hot air balloon rides, river adventures, local attractions & wine club events. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT MONTHLY DISCOUNTS

Sunlit Spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, modern decor and natural lighting. Dining area with tall ceilings, picture windows seats 8 ~ 4 bedrooms with comfy bedding, closets and 2 baths are upstairs. Open concept family room with plush seating and big screen tv opens into the kitchen and lush patio area for Al-fresco dining with friends and family to enjoy! Hot tub, anyone?! Plus fire table for those starry nights with a glass of wine or cup of cocoa!

Please note: to waive tax fee, city of Windsor requires 32 day minimum.
For breakfast, we recommend a quick stop into Café Noto downtown, or a real down-home breakfast at Skillets Café. For Asian cuisine, we have Tomi Thai, a family run and unfortunately only open Monday through Friday, but definitely worth the effort. We also have Umé Japanese Bistro if you like sushi. The Himalayan Restaurant cannot be beat for their curries. KC’s American Kitchen has the best onion rings ever! I have heard Sweet T’s has great comforting Southern food. If you need pastries, meat pies or fresh bread, go to BurtoNZ Bakery. The Publican Windsor for a Sports bar. Russian River Brewery is our local microbrewery and has a large array of tasty specimens.

For live music guests should check out Coyote Sonoma & Elephant Bar in Healdsburg. The California in Santa Rosa. Hop Monk Tavern in Sebastopol.

Please note: home is in very peaceful residential neighborhood. Landscaper arrives weekly on Fridays at about 1pm and spa tech arrives weekly on Thursdays at about 2pm. We take out the bins weekly on Wed nights for short term guests. There are two spaces in the driveway. Guests will have access to the one space on the right side of the driveway and street parking. Please do not park in front of the mailbox or we will be fined by the city. Parking space on left side of the driveway must remain open for the independent studio (w/ separate entrance) occupied by a nurse/health care professional for several months. Please park on right side of driveway only. Studio walls are sound proof.

Nice house, great outside space

The backyard - including the hot tub - was a perfect space for us all to gather! When we were at the property, that’s where you would find us!Only downside to the property was no first floor bathroom. It was ok for our group as it gave us extra steps/stairs, but might be more problematic for some (elderly/toddlers). It should probably be noted in the listing. We had 2 small issues/requests that were immediately addressed. Windsor is a cute town and very convenient to Healdsburg and the surrounding areas.

Perfect place for my Family

House was very clean and convenient with plenty of space to have a comfortable stay with my family. Felt very safe. Will book again when returning to San Francisco. Host was very helpful
