Great property & comfortable accommodations. Parking was an issue at night, as its a huge complex. Check in was typical timeshare sales funnel, just be prepared to dodge them. Even still, I'd stay here again
Very clean, convenient location, good facilities. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Pool was a good size, hot tubs and pool open till 10 pm which was nice after a long day.
I had only 2 issues, one that there was no free wifi. I was told before I booked that it would be free for my unit but was given no info. on how to access it for free, Apparently I needed some info. that no one was able to give me so I ended up having to pay for it. And the second of course is the pressure at check-in to get us to sign up for a timeshare presentation which I really hoped to avoid having arrived at night exhausted after traveling all day. We ended up signing up and then canceling, not worth the free gift card to waste 90 mins of our vacation on something I would never buy. And they even ask for a credit card to sign up for the timeshare presentation! Which they say won't be charged but made me feel that it was a bit sketchy. They cannot force you to sign up but you feel you can't get away until you sign up. I had read other reviews about that so was warned though. But other than that, the place itself was good.
