I will probably never book another Motel 6 after this. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were old and also uncomfortable. The bathroom floor was dirty, and there were cigarette burns in the bed spread of a non-smoking room. I asked for extra pillows and there were none to be found. All I got was an I'm sorry from the staff. I would highly NOT recommend this Hotel.

I would never recommend this property. Our room was filthy dirty. The shower was disgusting. We did not stay there. The front desk clerk cancelled our reservation even though it was 11:30 p.m.

Disappointing. Nobody stays at a Motel 6 and expects a luxury experience. But this was pretty bad. Air conditioning wasn’t working and nothing was mentioned about it at check in. In Nevada in late July that is a big deal. I would call this hotel a crapper for sure.

The service from the front desk clerk was absolutely fantastic. I had a problem with my car so Garrett Hook did everything possible (without attending to his duties) to help me out. I mean, he provided service above and beyond his duty.
