Great location. Lovely condo.
I really enjoyed my stay at this condo and would stay again. Perfect for the single traveller or a couple. Comfortable bed, close to the grocery store, drug store, coffee shops, restaurants, and public transportation if you’re using it. It was everything I expected from the listing. The condo unit it was quiet and peaceful, no noisy neighbors. My only negative comment on the cleanliness was that the higher up spots could use some attention. The dust on the fan and exposed air vent was very noticeable. Highly recommended is a breakfast/brunch place called Buvette only a 4 minute walk away!

Awesome place

Exactly as Promised
We stayed for nine nights to visit family and friends. The apartment was well equipped for everyday living. It is spacious and comfortable. We liked the fact that we could park underground. There is a good grocery store within a very short walk. Ryan was easy to reach and responded immediately to our requests. It would be suitable for a longer stay as well.

Home away from home
Spent the week working remotely in Winnipeg and this space was perfect. Well located, quiet building, lots of room, well stocked kitchen, and the bonus of a washer and dryer.

The condo was really clean and well kept. I felt safe staying there in this time of pandemic. It was well provisioned with kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. Location is great too, easy to get just about anywhere in the city from Osborne Village. I liked having underground parking, but the stall/cement pillar/walls was pretty tight for my SUV - took some careful maneouvering to get in and out. Trevor was easy to deal with - checking in and out was a breeze.

Great apartment in a great neighbourhood!
This apartment is a great place to stay, especially if you're staying in Winnipeg for a longer period of time. My 2 week stay was great, and the apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well stocked kitchen to cook meals. The balcony is particularly nice in the summer! Trevor was quick to respond to questions and with information for check in and check out.
