One of the children tried using the hairdryer and it started on fire. The room filled up with smoke and the fire alarm didn't go off. We left within 3 hours of being here. My family does not feel safe in this hotel.

I asked for a late(r) check out because we had no where to go until 3 pm. I was just looking for 1 pm and knew that on my floor alone over 50% were checked out by breakfast. The management was unflexible and said I could have until 12 but no later or they would charge me. I dont get that at all. Very poor customer service.

The toilets are too low. Only about 12" high versus the normal 16" height. The vanity in the bathroom is also too low, about 32". It should be 36", otherwise adults have to bend over and that is difficult if you have a bad back. All the windows were dirty. The view out our window was bad...a rooftop with HVAC equipment. Overall, a disappointment and clearly not worth the money. The review I read clearly overrated this place.

My room had a big burn spot on the carpet as you entered. From the room darkening and sheer curtains one sheer curtain panel was missing from window.

Great value

Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Great pool area. A lot of variety for breakfast! Only drawback is that bar and pool close at 10:00pm.

Originally had a one night reservation but due to weather ended up being for 2 nights.Due to the extended stay, it was necessary to have some restocking and housekeeping staff were very accommodating.The room was clean and the on site dining[Brewski's} was a plus.We were each provided with vouchers for reduced cost for food and beverage on our first night.The following night I ordered cheese curds and they were as advertised[ like at the state fair].While I didn't partake in the complimentary breakfast, my companion did, and said that the scrambled eggs were lacking in that there weren't very many and they were just barely warm. Breakfast was from 6-9 and she was there around 8.
