Owner unable to provide any accommodation for problem
The unit became unavailable so we had to find an alternative at the last minute. We are awaiting a full refund as are agreement could not be executed . Please expedite our refund.

Great walkable location!
We enjoyed our stay for our son’s graduation from Wake Forest. The apartment is neat and clean and spacious enough for 3-4 people. The bed and the inflatable mattress were both comfortable. We walked to many of our favorite restaurants (Mozzelle’s, 4th St Filling Station, Krankie’s, Camel City BBQ) as well as to the Long Branch city trail. It was a quick and easy drive to WFU. We loved the beautiful historic building, and the rooftop pool and views are unique for Winston-Salem.

Great spot convenient in downtown
My only concern is that the property was originally listed as 2-BR, which wasnt the case. It didn't matter, as it only ended up being 2 of us, but if the original plan of 4 had played out it would not have worked. The owner did contact me when she realized the issue - which I totally appreciated. I'd stay here again - no question -

Great location!
The property was just as pictured. In a safe area with close parking. Great neighborhood. About ten minutes from WF. Person before us must have smoked inside because the unit had a strange smell upon entering. That was the only drawback.
