This amazing 3 story, END unit townhouse is located in Downtown Winter Park, steps away from Hideaway Park (music venue, playground, skate park and sledding). Whether you are here in the winter catching the shuttle to the ski slope or hiking/biking in the summer, you have found the perfect location! This townhome is fully stocked with everything you need for a fantastic getaway to the mountains. Trails are a block away and provide miles of scenery along the Fraser River. Restaurants, pubs, and retail are less than a 5 min walk. When you return to the townhome will feel spoiled as you sink into the comfy leather furniture, enjoy a glass of wine on one of the several patios, or take a soak in the private hot tub. Great location for families.

This was a great stay for us to get together with friends. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day of skiing. It was very easy to take the shuttle. The host was responsive. The only down fall was the kids didn’t like sleeping downstairs and all the adults on the third floor. Just something to consider if you have small kiddos.

Very comfortable condo in a great location

We booked this unit for a family Christmas visit with our son and his family, including 3 grandkids, but they all got sick and weren’t able to join us. So we enjoyed our stay just the two of us. Condo is conveniently located on a quiet street and is an end unit, so lots of privacy. Very clean and well appointed . Beds were comfy but pillows need replacing/upgrading. Good and prompt communication with the owner. Easy checkin and household instructions. Overall a very enjoyable stay although brief and not exactly what we had planned .

4 days of biking and nature

We were two family groups of three that included teenagers and stayed together for 4 days in Winter Park. This property was perfect! It was clean, pet friendly, the kitchen well equipped, the beds super comfortable, the location very convenient to the paved river trail, and the hot tub was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo!!

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Clean, well-stocked and wonderful layout: room to be together, but bedrooms private for a good night's sleep. King bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Not bad if you don't mind dog hair everywhere

First of all we arrived at 4pm which is checking time and had no codes and no way to get in the place. We sent an email to the property manager and 30 mins later they responded saying it should have already been sent but they were out of the country and service was spotty. We were finally able to get in after sitting in the car for 30 mins. Once we got in the first thing we noticed was all the dog hair on the stairs. The unit is a nice unit and well appointed except for the mattress in the “2nd master” which is actually a smaller bedroom and the bath is so small you can’t even get to the sink unless you completely close the door. The mattress was very hard and had nothing but a mattress cover on it and an old I’ll fitting sheet that came off if you moved on the bed. We noticed when we got up the next morning we were sleeping on a mattress cover that was not clean and had lots of hair on it. The comforter also had dog hair on it. I went to swap out the flat pillow for another down in the bunk room and both pillow cases had mold and mildew on them and one pillow case had been chewed up by something. The ceiling fan hasn’t been cleaned in some time and was dripping in dust so much that if you turned it on small pieces would start flying off. There were no bags in the bathroom trash cans and only 1 wash cloth 2 towels and a wash for a hand towel in the 2nd bath, no wash cloths at all in master bath, and no dish towels in the kitchen to dry dishes with. The second night we found some towels and wash cloths in dryer but still no dish towels. There were no check out instructions anywhere and we had to email the property manager again and were told there really weren’t any but if we could strip the beds that would help them out. We wanted to use the vacuum cleaner for our shrink bags for ski clothes but couldn’t because it was so completely packed with dust and pet hair and smelled so bad we decided to just do the best we could without the vacuum. The hot tub was great after a long day out in the snow! We absolutely LOVED Winter Park and have stayed many places including other pet friendly units but have never had an experience like this. I took pictures of some things but haven’t found a place to upload yet.

Wonderful holiday stay

We loved our stay over Christmas, the property was located walking distance to everything and when we didn't want to go out we had plenty of cookware to make a meal in the home. After a long ski day coming back to the hot tub was terrific, our favorite part! My whole family loved our holiday here, the host was even kind enough to put up decorations so that we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a group

This townhome was a perfect set up for a small group of people with everyone getting their own bathrooms. It was clean and well stocked. The hot tub being backed up to open space was very relaxing. Great location for going out to dinner and close to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot

The location of this place is perfect. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. The place was great too. Lots of space with multiple balconies. The private hot-tub is clutch after a long day on the mountain. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Fantastic stay in Winter Park!

Really enjoyed staying here. The condo is bathed in natural sunlight and nice touches. It is walking distance to places like Deno's and the Ditch. The Red Line is a short walk away, but if you miss that shuttle then the main street ones are just across Rendezvous park. I had no trouble parking in the garage with my outback that had a roof box on it, was pleased at that. The hot tub was great. Communication prompt and kind. I'd stay here again and again!
