Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles NOTE: Garage space can only fit a compact car. Overflow parking for full size cars, SUV's, and trucks can be found outside in the community area, on a first come, first serve basis. STR license #023354

Great location near buses and proximity to the mountain. Our condo was clean, open layout with all the necessary items for our girls weekend! Would highly recommend for a group of 6 there was plenty of space for us not to run into each other on our ski weekend!

We loved our stay! It was so close to everything. The Lift was right outside the condo and we could easily walk to shopping and places to eat. The only place we had to drive to was the grocery store. The condo was perfect and the grandkids loved the hot tub. Would def stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great time at this property. It was clean, extremely well stocked, close to many of the activities we were interested in, the management company was very responsive and we enjoyed the free activities they included with the weeks rental. We will look to stay here again when we return to Winter Park.

Lovely and convenient!

Everything is new and nice, great kitchen to cook in. Plenty of windows with mountain views, heated underground parking and a killer hot tub right off the living room. We would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect!!!! The location was perfect, the amenities from the hot tub, parking and everything inside the condo. Great stay!

We had a great time on our trip to Winter Park. The property is just a short walk to the bus, which made skiing really easy. The condo was comfortable and the perfect amount of space for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes etc that we needed.

Perfect place in so many ways!

Our family of four had an amazing time in Winter Park. Booking through Winter Park Escapes was easy and the Xplor!e perks were great. The rafting trip was a big hit with 3 hours being just the right amount of time. Several great hikes in the area.

Best vacation stay for all the reasons!

Our group of 6 had the most amazing time in Winter Park thanks to Winter Park Escapes! Our condo had all the luxury touches from our heated parking garage to the hot tub overlooking the snow. We took advantage of many of the coupons provided to us and it made us try some places we wouldn't have otherwise and it made for the perfect getaway.

Timber fox was a great family vacation!

We had an excellent summer family vacation in Winter Park! The beds and pillows weren't the best...We struggled with good sleep. Besides that, everything was very clean. We were impressed with the hot tub being clean. The air conditioning was a plus but it didn't seem to equally cool each bedroom. Would come back!

Gorgeous Downtown Luxury Condo!

This condo is brand new, gorgeous, with a private jacuzzi in the perfect location- steps off the main road and minutes to the ski lift. We used the Explorie benefits- a huge perk! We did have a few hiccups at check- in, but Sarah and Kelly from the property management company went above and beyond to rectify our concerns.

New Unit, Great Location

Functional kitchen in an open floor plan with living and dining area. Had a few friends over for a dinner party one night, it was a great place to entertain. The electric fireplace added cozy ambience. Walkable location (two blocks) into the town of Winter Park, and only 5min drive to Winter Park Ski Resort (another 10mins to Mary Jane). Highly reccomend!

Nice place with 3 bedrooms so plenty of room. However, quite disappointing that there was only 1 television in the entire unit. No TV in any of the 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms are very cold. Thankfully, space heaters were provided in each bedroom. You can feel (vibration) and hear every time the garage door opens directly below you. Well stocked kitchen, was able to cook full Thanksgiving meal and had everything I needed. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Hot tub and gas grill on the deck was very convenient.

Comfortable Condo with Great Location

We enjoyed our stay overall. It was our first time in Winter Park, and we found the condo's location to town and skiing was great. We appreciated the heated garage more than we expected. We had a total of five people and enjoyed the space of the unit, the seating area, and the hot tub. Reservations and arrival/departure was easy. The unit was well stocked and clean. It would have been helpful to have a few hooks in the bathrooms for wet towels. We also would have liked a tv in the master bedroom. Both of those would be inexpensive additions that would increase the appeal of the unit. That said, I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.
