Relax in style on the mountain modern furnishings and get a sleep easy in one of the two bedrooms. Plus there's overflow sleeping on the pullout Queen bed in the living room for additional guests. Take advantage of this perfect relaxation spot after an action-packed day plus you're only a short walk to the Village restaurants, shops, and activities if you'd rather get out and about. This cozy condo has everything you need for your next trip to Winter Park!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen bedroom with Twin/Twin bunk beds. Plus, a pull out Queen sofa bed. Sleeps up to eight.

The Perfect Dog Friendly Vacation in Winter Park

The condo was absolutely amazing with a perfect view of the resort. My only complaint is that we didn't want to leave! Can't wait to come back next fall and hopefully book the same condo!

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience with our stay. The patio was great to hang out and we loved the layout for our two families to enjoy time together. We could not start the dishwasher but property manager came right away and got it working. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Awesome condo perfect location

Condo was spacious and clean, short walk to gondola lift and village base. Beautiful spacious condo with fireplace, patio, plenty of towels, and well stocked kitchen. Appreciate the coffee starter pack and snacks, in room washer dryer w detergent and the beautiful new hot tub is now open !

Family condo - wonderful stay

We loved our stay! Well laid out condo, great location, very family oriented to games for kids, lots of children's movies, and kitchen with everything need to cook for our family. Beds were comfy, showers and entire space was clean. Very much what we hoped and exceeded our expectations. Thanks for such a great stay.

Great Condo

My wife, two kids, and I stayed here for some Spring Skiing at Winter Park. The unit is a few steps away from the hot tub and the parking deck. It's also very convenient to the gondola - maybe a 3-5 minute walk. The owners were responsive to any needs that we had - which I can't think of any. We'd stay here again!

Good value for location

Location is ideal. Literally walk across the street and you are on the gondola. Very good price. For this location, especially for a last minute reservation. Will definitely look here again. The next time I am booking a Winter Park stay. Great hot tub and outdoor patio venue. Indoor parking was great as well.

Amazing view with lots of amenities and room

We loved our stay at this place. Second time at Fraser Crossing and we absolutely loved this unit! Had a huge balcony with an amazing view! The rooms were spacious - we had two families that stayed and it was plenty of room for all of us. Huge table for dining and the kitchen was stocked with seasonings etc. We will definitely be coming back here! Oh and the beds were comfy with soft sheets and down comforters, felt like home!

Great Condo Close To The Action

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was much nice and much bigger than other's I've stayed in for the same price point so it was an excellent value. It offered us all the space we needed and even had a HUGE patio that our 1 year old daughter was able to go play in the fluffy snow on. The property managers are super organized and made the check in/out process a breeze as you literally just walk in. We had an outstanding trip and will likely return to Winter Park and use this condo again

THIS IS NOT SKI-IN/SKI-OUT. It’s a long walk from unit door to the ski lockers/exit, then it’s another walk across the street and the village to the lift. Frustrating when you filter based on ski-in/ski-out…You have to pay for parking and then the QR code they give you doesn’t work half the time. You have to use it to exit too.The dryer doesn’t dry. The dishwasher didn’t clean. And the garbage disposal didn’t work properly.Fireplace didn’t work. They sent a guy out who said he fixed it, then it instantly went out again. Was a bummer not having that.I was told they had a crockpot, but it was too small for any crockpot meal - so a 35 pork shoulder went to waste.Positives - clean, easy communication with owners, comfortable beds, large porch with a pretty view, the heated pool is nice.

Great Communication and Location

We just stayed for 2 nights at this awesomely located condo. We took the Amtrak train from Union Station to Winter Park which arrived very early on our check in day. The condo was in walking distance from the train platform and everything around the Winter Park resort town. The management team were so accommodating and communicative regarding our check in and check out time. They were able to allow us to check in right when we arrived which was such a relief due to having our luggage with us. The condo itself was well maintained with spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen and living space was great to hang out and play games. A fantastic feature was the large deck that overlooked the town and ski slopes. Such a beautiful view during the day and night. We will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable condo with great views!

We recently stayed in Winter Park for a family wedding in June and wanted a home base that was large enough to host visitors for meals and get togethers. This place really fit the bill. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and we were really able to stretch out and relax. The kitchen was small but stocked with just about everything you could ask for in a rental. 2 big baths with nice soaking tubs were very appreciated after a long day. The people from Winter Park Lodging contacted us several times to check if we had questions or needed anything prior to our arrival, and were happy to accommodate us when we asked for late check out. The village is right across the street and had tons of stuff to do for families - alpine slide, mini golf, rock climbing, a maze, restaurants, shops and more. Our only complaint was the patio, which while it had a beautiful view of the mountains and village, looked like it hadn't been cleaned or swept in quite some time - the table and chairs were filthy - and was not exactly as private as promised. There is a gate which connects this unit and the one next door to the common jaccuzi area and we had a few visits from the 30-40 kids on a traveling baseball team that had commandeered the entire spa patio with their families. A minor annoyance and not really the fault of the homeowners (other than the cleanliness of the patio) but we didn't get to use the spa much because it was overrun. Otherwise a lovely visit.

Location and unit were great! Some weeds on the patio that should be taken care of but otherwise clean and had everything needed for a summer weekend out of the heat. Would love to rent again. Door code expired at 9am instead of 10am and had to call to get a new code to get remaining items so that should be addressed for the future visitors. Otherwise great weekend and loved the over communication from the Management Company. Manager Comment: Lots of rain this summer, so those weeds are finding their way through. We've got the HOA working on those. Apologies for the door code issue, little software glitch that has been resolved. Come back to see us again soon.
