During the summer, this is the place to be, just steps from Rendezvous Event Center and some of the best festivals in Colorado. In the winter, you're right on the free shuttle route for a quick ride to the mountain and just steps to a heated outdoor pool & hot tub. Inside the condo, take in the mountain decor and host your group in the open living room, kitchen & dining room.

Trailhead Lodges 723 has an open floor plan so that you can chat and catch up with your group in the living room, dining room & kitchen. It has three bedrooms and will sleep up to eight of your closest friends & family members. Relax and rest easy in the Primary King Suite with an ensuite bathroom, the Queen bedroom, or the bunk room built perfectly for kiddos with a Twin/Full bunk bed and additional Twin Murphy bed.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen bedroom, Twin/Full bunk plus a Twin Murphy bed in bunk room. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Beautiful, cozy, perfect, condo. Plenty of room for all of us- family of 4, an in-law, and a dog. =) We were surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked. If you're looking for a stay in town, this is the perfect location.

Our group of 7 + our labrador, enjoyed the property. The location was perfect and had everything we needed! The hot tub, pool and clubhouse were used daily. We enjoyed the view of the park across the street. Our dog enjoyed running at the park too. Walking to nearby shops and restaurants was a plus. Only negative thing that happened is not the fault of the property-one of our cars was hit and run while we were parked in the condo lot. A full time resident saw the black truck hit our car and drive away. She got the license plate number so we communicated with WP police. Thanks to this resident! Karma will get the truck driver. 🙄😬

Amazing customer service! Property was as advertised. Plenty of room for all. Hot tub wasn’t heating well a few nights-disappointing after a hard day skiing. Unit was well stocked with plenty of utensils and appliances; including a wide variety of spices. I would definitely return.

Amazing location for family fun
This was our family’s 1st ever Thanksgiving away from home. The setting was ideal. Thursday morning, a couple of us drove a short distance, maybe 5 minutes to the Winter Park base and enjoyed early season skiing for a few hours. Later, while preparing a traditional Thanksgiving feast in the very nice kitchen, we could watch our 20+ year old kids sledding across the street in the park along with a bunch of other families just having a great time. That was a cool little bonus to the location. The next morning, a short walking distance to Cooper Creek Square, the girls shopped while the guys enjoyed a beer at the Big Trout Brewery. This is a great spot. This unit is on the 2nd floor with a very convenient elevator for bringing luggage and coolers from the vehicle. Parking was very close to the front door. Our young adults enjoyed the hot tub just a short walk away at the clubhouse. In summary, absolute thumbs up. I would stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic with the park, hiking trails, and restaurants by the condo. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The property management company was very responsive and proactive. We’d love to come back again!

Great property and location
Condo was alot bigger than we thought. Also very updated. Great location, walking distance to main street Winter Park and some nearby trails. Owners were awesome to work with. We will stay there again.
