Super Lage, top ausgestattet
Das Haus ist top ausgestattet in einer super Lage direkt an der Piste. Es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts und ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Saubere Bettwäsche und reine Handtücher! Die Küche ist mit super Equipment ausgestattet. Empfehlenswert auf jeden Fall!

Leider mangelhafte Hygiene und viele Mängel
Das Urlaubserlebnis hat leider etwas gelitten, da das Haus feucht roch, als wir ankamen. Es war anscheinend auch nicht gelüftet worden. Die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher rochen nach Mottenkugeln. Es mangelte an Sauberkeit, wir mussten erstmal das ganze Geschirr spülen (von Essensreste bis hin zu Schimmel), die Pfannen waren eine Zumutung. Die Ecken werden wohl "rund geputzt". Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich heruntergekommen. In einem Bad lässt sich die Tür nicht abschließen, das Wasser läuft kaum ab. Tapetenstücke hängen herunter. Es gibt feuchte Stellen an Wänden und Decken. In einem Waschbecken ist ein riesiger Riss. Der Elektroherd funktioniert nicht richtig. In einem Zimmer lässt sich das Fenster nicht kippen. Die Terrassentür ist ziemlich verzogen. Zwei Stühle im Wohnzimmer sind defekt. Ein Lattenrost war kaputt. Eine Toilettenspülung sowie ein Duschknopf defekt. Die Toilettensitze sind zu klein für die Toiletten und ziemlich wackelig. Für den Zustand des Hauses und den Hygienezustand war es ehrlich gesagt eine Frechheit, dafür eine Cleaning-Gebühr zu verlangen, die hätten wir eigentlich vom Vermieter erhalten müssen! Und zuletzt ein Tipp: für eine Gruppe von 9 Personen wären mehr als 1 Haustürschlüssel schön gewesen.

Gut für Gruppen geeignet
Insgesamt ein gutes Haus, nur leider recht schmutzig. Wir mussten erstmal sämtliche Teller in die Spülmaschine stellen und die Schränke in der Küche auswischen. Im restlichen Haus war es nicht so schlimm, aber es lag überall viel Staub. Das ist sehr schade, denn ansonsten ist das Haus super für Gruppen geeignet, viele Schlafzimmer und Bäder, gut aufgeteilt, großes Wohnzimmer mit genügend Essgelegenheiten und großer schöner Garten. Man erreicht Winterberg in 5 Minuten und in der gleichen Zeit auch alle möglichen Freizeitaktivitäten.

prijs en kwaliteit is goed, wat gedateerd maar prima huis.
Genoeg ruimte in huis, begane grond heeft een wat laag plafond waardoor de langere mensen onder ons moeten bukken, mooi formaat garage erbij, kon met gemak 7 fietsen in (en nog wel 5 meer mocht het nodig zijn) Keuken is simpel, eetgedeelte ook, woonkamer met eetgedeelte is prima, wc en badkamers zijn prima ( harde straal aan water), slaapkamers ook prima, bed is prima, kussens wat klein en buiten is genoeg plek om droog te zitten of in de open lucht. Parasol en bbq aanwezig.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr und Töpfen. Gepflegte und saubere Räume. Nähe zu Wanderwegen, Bäcker, Restaurant und Cafe in der Nähe. Möglichkeit der Schwimmbadbenutzung im Hotel Dorint. Info Punkt um die Ecke. Alles passte.
